      This company has zero customer service after the sale. I tried to buy 2 replacement seats for a 14' kayak. Stated on the website they would ship 3-4 weeks after order. Meanwhile 2 months later no seats, had to do a charge back with my credit card. Every week for the last 5 weeks promised something different. Can't ever get anyone on the phone because they don't want to talk to you, everything is through e-mail , sometimes they respond (with empty promises), sometimes they don't. They make a nice kayak, but if need something after you buy it, forget it.

      I have emailed the company multiple times about getting a MCO in order to register my Kayaks with the *** in my state. I have also tried to call but none answers it just goes to voicemail, I have even left a voicemail. The company states that they will respond withing 24- 48 hours but still no response. The customer service is horrible.

      Just another of the many "rare occurances" where they request a customer fulfill their own delivery. They like to say this is common business practice but when was the last time you, the reader, had to meet an Amazon truck in a shady parking lot to fulfill your order. Burned a good customer here BKC! May I suggest using a better delivery company instead of the one convenient only to you in nearby **********.

      I've felt as though I've been scammed by this company on a daily basis and has me sick to my stomach. The following message is the only form of contact from the company. I want to express the option of trying to find a location our standard carrier AM Trucking can deliver to. We can have your order delivered to a close friend/family member or even schedule a meeting with the driver at a small store/gas station in a viable city as well. Please confirm if this is a viable option for you. I do see that we can schedule a meetup/pickup location as they do cover : ****** *****We can schedule at a small retailer or local gas station.       Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We certainly understand the frustration but we are only looking out for whats best for the customer. We do not want to use a delivery service that will only be a inconvenience for you. It is a rather large delivery that requires a specific carrier and unfortunately they do not have direct service to your location.To call this a scam is certainly extreme considering you requested cancellation and it was done on the spot. Our goal was not deliver the kayak with any damages or even scratches on it which does occur when you use carriers not in our network. Again, we do apologize for the inconvenience.

      I ordered kayaks December 9th and got an expected delivery date between December 21 and January 3rd with no other communication. On January 3rd I received an email from BKC stating the only way they would deliver my Kayaks is if I drive 2.5 hours to a town 100 miles away and arranged a pickup with their one, and only one, freight carrier. I informed them that was not a viable option, and they promptly cancelled my order with no other options being offered. I don't live in a remote location, and have never had a freight delivery issue before. Thus, I can only assume this is an issue with BKC and their freight carrier. We'll see if they actually refund my money!!!

      Hello ******,Thank you for your feedback and sorry for the experience. We tried numerous times to contact you from the day your order was placed. Amazon has restrictions on how we are able to contact customers but we certainly reached out.Our carrier does not deliver everywhere, we must have this. It helps us control quality of the delivery and timing. 38 negative reviews regarding shipping is not accurate so to post something like this is wrong and certainly harmful. We have been in business for close to 7 years now and we treat all customers with respect and we do what we can to ensure a good experience as evident in our reviews.We do want to make this up to you and we will have our CS team reach out right away.Thank you.

      Poor custmer service, they lie to thrir customers and dont keep their promises. Will never do business with that company again and highly recommend you dont either, youll be sorry if you ever needed help from them regarding paperwork that you may need from them.

      Buyer be where!! Make sure the delivery company will deliver in your area! They set a meet up for my delivery and my husband sat there for 3 hours and nothing was delivered. Its been three months of trying to get it delivered to various locations with no luck. Now Im trying to get a refund and no one will get back to me.

These meet *** are rather difficult and choosing times for delivery with a carrier is not something we usually do. We tried it this time and unfortunately it did not quite work out.       They sent me the wrong kayaks, then tried to tell me it was an upgrade, when unwrapped they were damaged. They have gone round and round with us. Refusing to pick up. Have said they will send the right kayaks but we ordered in April and have gotten nothing since. Then they said we would get our refundnope nothing. Now they wont even return emails or calls. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! This is new a horrible experience and now I will have to take the to court to get my money.

      As you will undoubtedly read here in reviews and complaints: My experiences with ordering and shipping have been the same as others have experienced. Notably, the lack of communication AFTER the sale. Notably the shipping issues. Nowhere is it stated on the website, in marketing, or expressed to customers BEFORE the sale that deliveries can not be honored to every address or what those locations might be. It was stated that my Kayak would arrive (as it was in stock) within **** days. It is past that date already, and it has not even shipped yet because I cannot even get a call or email back from them about it! I contacted them be email after over a week and no tracking information sent via email as was stated would happen. I was told that BKC uses a preferred shipper and that they only cover specific areas in a reply email. I was told that I would need to make arrangements to pick it up/meet with a driver in a proposed city several hundred miles away! I looked up delivery locations form a link that they sent me, and found a more (but wholly undesirable location) closer... and that was the end of communication from them. I have called for many days, and always get a voicemail every single time. I was receiving a call back, and was promised a call from the appropriate support person several times. No call, or email. Now they no longer even call me back as I am sure they have discovered my caller ID and associated it with my order. I email several times per day. No reply their either. You can not sell an item for well over a thousand dollars, receive payment, not ship it, and not call or email that customer back! That is not how business works! I did not read any business reviews before purchase and I only researched the kayak itself! That was a HUGE mistake! It is not an isolated incident. It is not just a mistake. It is not a shipping *** issue. It is a business process and company problem at BKC that needs rectified before anyone should buy a kayak from them.

We do not force customers to do anything. You agreed to meet the carrier at a location for delivery and we offered you incentive to do so. This review is not accurate and should be taken down. You are stating this is business practice when we have thousands of customer 5 star reviews stating otherwise. Potential customers will see that and disregard your review.

      Do not pay for replacement parts, they can't seem to figure out how to get orders down to the warehouse. You'll never see your parts that you need because the kayak is garbage.
