Emanon Auctions was hired to sell the contents of my parents home. They had an Estate sale on October ***** for which I received payment. Then they came back on October 19th to pack up the remaining contents to take back to the auction/warehouse to sell online. I received a call two weeks later to state all items were listed and since then I have not heard anything. All of my calls, texts, etc go unanswered. Emanon Auctions took about $3,500 worth of items from the home with no payment.Initial Complaint

**** at Emanon Auctions has been selling my collectibles since September 2022. I was going to his place of business every few weeks to bring him items and pick up a check from my sales. He stopped paying me in January 2023. It all started when an item I had a $200.00 reserve on was bid up to $195.00. He told me he didn't sell it because the reserve wasn't met. I told him I would pick it up the following week when I brought more items and picked up my check. When I went there he told me he couldn't find the item. I asked for it the following 3 weeks and he said he couldn't find it. I brought another load of items for him to sell and told him he had to find it when I came the next week to pick up my check. When I went his truck was there but I was told he wasn't. The woman I spoke to said they still could.t find it and she didn't have a check for me. I called and texted him numerous times and he hasn't returned my calls. He hasn't returned my items that didn't sell and even though I stopped bringing anything to him he owes me $2600.00 from past salesInitial Complaint

They lost a lot of our items which were supposed to be auctioned off and will not respond to calls and emails. We would value everything at $800. Something needs to be done. Have been trying to contact for a couple months with no help. We have gone to see him at his storage facility but hides when he sees us.Please help
