My experience with this agency has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I believe it is my responsibility to warn others about their dishonesty, false representations, and complete lack of integrity.First and foremost, it is alarming to discover that SRA engages in the despicable practice of attempting to collect debts from minors. This is not only morally reprehensible, but it also raises serious legal and ethical concerns. To prey on vulnerable individuals who are not legally responsible for debts is not just unethical, but a clear indication of the agency's willingness to stoop to the lowest depths to make a profit.Additionally, ***** boy from SRA has repeatedly demonstrated a complete disregard for truth and accuracy. The false representation of facts seems to be their modus operandi. Whether it's artificially generating debt amounts, embellishing narratives, or misrepresenting agreements, this agency has shown a blatant disregard for honesty and transparency. It's infuriating to see an organization so shamelessly willing to manipulate information to achieve their objectives.The horrors of SRA don't end there. Their customer service is an absolute disgrace. Imagine being trapped in a Kafkaesque nightmare where reaching a human being is next to impossible. Their main phone line hangs up on customers after a mere 7 minutes, leaving individuals with pressing concerns utterly stranded. If by some miracle you manage to get through to an associate, their willingness to hang up on customers is utterly shocking. It's as if they believe rudeness and dismissiveness are the hallmarks of effective customer service.My personal experience with SRA has left me disgusted and appalled. I implore anyone who is considering doing business with them to just walk, but run in the opposite direction.
