      Ordered a part from this company. Status showed that they generated a shipping label for ***** When checking **** tracking, the part was never supplied or actually shipped. There is no way to contact the company other than their "Contact Us" form. I tried several times to use their contact us form however no response. There is no phone number or other way to contact them. There is no way to request a refund or reach anyone to check on order. They claim 100% satisfaction but there is no way to remedy. I simply want my money back.

      An order was placed for auto parts on 3/8/2024. ****** processed payment of $566.30. No contact by business has been initiated nor tracking number emailed to consumer. Consumer is seeking a refund from OEM Auto Parts of $566.30.

      Ordered a part form the company and they did not deliver on time. Finally got in contact with them and tried canceling my order as soon as that happened they sent me a tracking number. I waited a whole day and tried seeing where my package was. I called ***** and ***** has not recieved the package at all and they keep telling me they are trying to send my package but absolutely nothing has happened. I desperately needed the part I ordered and they keep giving me the run around and from the reviews I found after the fact this isnnotbthebfirst time this has happened

      I found this business via car-part.com, which is a reputable clearing house for used auto part vendors. This business contacted me and said they had the part I was looking for and asked me to send payment by sending photos of a check. I wrote the check and sent photos on 10/17/2023. They provided a tracking number (OEM1939) but the part never arrived. Since then, they have not responded to any of my attempts to contact them.

      On June 19th I purchased a part from OEM. They told me I would receive it in 10 days. After 3 weeks I had not received the part. They told me there was a delay. Two weeks later still had not received the part, they refuse all messages and phone calls. The bank has tried with no luck. Bank contact ***************** at ************

      Needed parts for my car. searched online, found a website called oemautoparts.com. I told them what I needed and they text me a few days later and said they had the parts/ They told me how much it was and I would have to send it through a cash app. Sent ****** on July 3, 2023. Two months went by no delivery. They told me to send them ****** and they would send me my parts. I'm still waiting on my parts 3 months later. I need all my money back or my parts.

      I called OEM Auto parts looking for a bellhousing for an S10 pickup. They said they had one and the price was $100.00. I sent them payment and have gotten nothing except excuses.

      I was told they had a part for my **** Jeep Grand Cherokee Outlander (hydraulic fan) ******. I wired the money to their bank and was supposed to receive part in a week. I have texted and called many times no response.Tried calling from another phone still no response. I have email and bank information and phone numbers.Its sad you cant depend on anyone anymore.

      purchased passenger rear door for 2008 ****** Tundra on 5/9/23 (order # OEM1786. Paid with check # ***. Check was cleared electronically same day. Received text with order number and instructions that shipping info would be provided when unit shipped. No contact for a week. Called on 5/15/23and was told unit was shipping that day and shipping info would be provided shortly. Called the next day and talked to "supervisor" and he said he would follow thru with salesman and have him contact me. Sill no word. On 5/22/23 I was able to get him on the phone but he placed me on hold and then the call dropped. All calls since go directly to voice maill. Received no further texts or emails. I am working with my bank, but all indications are there is nothing I can do. This should be illegal.. I hope this complaint will help other people from this obvious scam....

      My husband purchased a ********** engine wire harness for $275.00 on April 3rd 2022. He passed away on July 2, 2022 and we haven't received the harness yet. I don't need it anymore because it was a project that he was working on. I just recently realized that he had purchased this product.
