Its been a month sense I got my package and they keep saying its up to the shipping company to refund me. And the shipping company hasnt got back to me. ROMEWE ripped me off. On August 5, 2021 I paid ROMWE $31.95 CAD for a pair of jeans using my *** **** credit card through their website ROMWE.com. ROMWE had my money but they refused to send me my jeans that I paid for. Instead, all I received was a suspicious email from them demanding that I email them digital images of my *** **** credit card as well as digital images of my personal identification documents, such as a passport or drivers license. They advised that until they received these private documents, they would not send me my pants. I have never come across such a demand during my decades of online shopping spanning countless transactions so I responded immediately and refused to comply with their nonsense demands and I demanded they give me my pants. But they were unresponsive until the next day I struggled for hours with them, concluding with: they claim to have given me a refund, but the funds have not been replaced in my bank account. They simply stole my money.Initial Complaint

On June 15 2021 I placed an order at romwe website for three pajama sets it came out to 46.00 they told me I would have it by June 29 I didn't get it I contacted them and nothing happened then I went back to look they said it should be here by July 2 2021 it's still not here there's no number to call just a robotInitial Complaint

I ordered from Romwe on May 17th with a delivery date of June3-6. I never received my order. This place should be out of business for taking peoples money. I contacted the company and they told me that they will issue a refund. A month later and I still have not received my refund. I will make sure to file a complaint with my bank and reverse the charges. I would recommend to stay away from ordering from Romwe.
