            The only reason I stoped seeing her was because she went on vacation for a few weeks and never let me know she was back. At the end of the session she let me know it would be the last one for a few weeks, I was not given the opportunity to prepare for weeks with no support, make a plan, have a back up, anything, and then she just ghosted me. Other wise she refused to make a regular meeting with me even when I let her know it caused anxiety to need to move my week around every week, made me feel uncared for and stressed. She chose the lowest time in my life to start advocating on why its ridiculous of me to wish a person I love very much and needed support from would put a little more effort into our relationship ship. I could go on. But over all after over a year I feel exactly as I did going in, made no progress other than now feeling im not deserving of anyones time or support and im wrong to ask if I need it. I would not recommend
