I am due a credit refund from Elite Fixtures for two items returned in September 2021: (1) LED Address light $112.22 - order#SG199188 and (2) Address light 16V transformer $55.96 + tax - order#******. After a number of inquiries, I was told by **** ****, Online Customer Support Representative, ****************************** **************, on October 22, 2021, that a refund for SG199188 had been processed. To this day, I have received no monies in my account. They claim they cannot find any record of my other return, however, I have proof of delivery for both items and have supplied Elite Fixtures that info on several occasions. What is further disturbing is the website for elitefixtures.com now shows the store is closed and you cannot talk to anyone at the listed phone number. This latest detail has me believe I will NEVER see my refund and Ive been had. I am respectfully seeking your assistance in recouping monies due me from Elite Fixtures.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
I have NEVER received a credit refund on either of the products returned. I followed the companys return policy to the letter and even have proof they received the returned items. Additionally, the second item I returned for credit refund was only purchased because Elite Fixtures said I needed it in order for my light to work. It turned out from the electrician who installed my fixture, I didnt need the part at all so I returned it for full refund. I kept I inquiring about my refunds and was given a different story every time. In fact, they tried to say they never received the second item. Basically, I was given the run around until I tried to email again only to learn their store was closed. This is a poor way to run a business and its no wonder they are closed and worse yet is they wont even take calls to make things right. The only acceptable solution is to be refunded the money for brand new products returned to Elite Fixtures. As far as remorse, my only remorse is dealing with this pathetic company to begin with. Unfortunately, my builder referred me to them as the only place to purchase the fixture I needed.

We have forwarded the following email to customer:
I spoke with our accounting department and there seems to be a glitch within the system with completing refunding the orders (Order SG199188 for $101.48 and Order 199256 for $61.52).
We ask that you please contact your credit card (ending in ****) company and place a dispute for these amounts so that they will refund you.
And, please accept our apology for the inconvenience.
