DJI has scammed me twice and cost me an additional $7000 due to their lies and false advertising, they have taken my money and refuse to provide me with what I paid for, they put out an update right before Christmas but did not make it compatible with new operating systems basically renderering my $3000 drone reducing it to a brick and the straight up said they dont care that my Christmas has been ruined and they dont value customers because they refuse to do anything to make it right, I still can not fly my $3000 drone I have spoken to ******, ****, and spent and they all say that they dont care and they refuse a supervisor to a paying customer when they request oneInitial Complaint

I paid a great deal of money to DJI for what was supposed to be a plug and play drone. But the controller was not linked so they forced me to buy a computer and download an app. But no matter how many times I try I can not download the app or install it and their reps are completely worthless when it comes to advisingInitial Complaint

Sent my drone to them for estimate/repair. Took a week or more to contact me back. Talked with a **** or ***** at ************. Opted not to repair, and was told it would be shipped back via company-paid mail. It's been weeks now and no return. The "customer **********************" department sends me email replies like "sorry, please see the tracking number below". there IS no tracking order, and there is no phone number I can get through on. All I want is an actual live voice with a contact number, a real tracking number, my drone and the bag I shipped it in.Business response

Offered a free exchange which was shipped.
Now cust states he wants his original drone. As a courtesy we will be fixing his drone for free and ship it back to him. We will need the brand new replacement drone we shipped him back

I have called this business on several occasions and have emailed them as well I haven't received no feedback. They stated that once they have your drone they will reach out yo you within 24 hours. That hasn't happened I have no idea to what yhe status is for my drone.I sent them a dji macic 3 values at $3,000Business response

So I searched online for a drone repair service looked legitimate the offered to pay shipping both ways. So I sent my drone out to them via fed ex. They have received it .. I have emailed them several times and their response is its being inspected and someone will call me back as for repair costs. No one has called but when I call there I get no answer and a voice mail that is full. PH # ************ all I want is for someone to call me back and assure me my **** drone is being repaired and I didn't just send it to someone to rip me off . Next step is I'm going to their business to obtain my drone back. Please helpBusiness response

I filed an early complaint, which was responded to and closed as I didnt respond back in time. They claim that they rescued out to me and didnt receive a response. I called them and talked to **** and was told ***** would give me a call back. It has been over 3 weeks and I have not recorded a call! Please call me ************Business response

I am rejecting this response because: This has been ongoing since June, when I finally was able to make contact I was assured that ***** would call me back shortly. Please have ***** cal me as soon as possible. ************, If I dont pickup please leave me a voicemail and a time when I can call you back. It is unacceptable that this issue has been ongoing for 8 almost 9 months.

I sent my drone to be repaired based on their claim on there website that there technicians were dji certified. I later learned through dji that they are not in fact dji certified. My drone was returned to me with a non working battery because they had improperly handled the battery. Moreover the camera was inoperable. Neither the battery nor camera were malfunctioning when I sent the drone in. I would not have selected this company to do the repair had I known they were not dji certified. I have reached out to them asking them to rectify their error at their cost and have received no response.Business response

Hello
*************** Sent his drone crashed drone in. Upon Diagnosis there was physical damage to The Upper and Lower Shell As well as the landing gear. We went on and proceeded w/ the repair. We did not touch the camera on the drone.
As far as the battery DJI the manufacturer gives a 6 month warranty and they do go bad being Lipo rechargeable batteries. This is normal wear and tear similar to brakes on an automobile as they DO NOT last forever.
All of our technicians ARE certified DJI trained techs. Trying to get a hold of *************** but he is not responding.
