Date of transaction: 7-14-23 Amount of money: $2,700 I paid for a limo to bring my husband, his elderly parents, and my disabled brother who is in a wheelchair and his 84 year old grandfather from his house to the wedding venue. The owner asked me if I wanted to pay an extra 100 dollars to upgrade to a hummer limo and I was excited and agreed. The owner sent a broken down faulty car, in which, the driver was driving with a bucket of water next to him just in case the vehicle broke down.. which it did this is when the driver poured the bucket of water on the engine (as instructed by his boss prior to picking them up) . The ** was broken so the bridal party were sweating and becoming dehydrated. The vehicle was going 20 miles per hour the entire way stopping and going .. the vehicle finally broke down in the middle of the highway where my disabled brother in the wheelchair who has diabetes started experiencing hypoglycemia symptoms. His grandfather (an 84 year old man) started feeling dizzy from the heat because it was a 90 degree day. The driver refused to communicate with anyone. Uber could not come because they were stuck on the side of a busy highway and the driver was not communicating to anyone.. just his boss over the phone. Luckily random people pulled over to give the groomsmen a ride to the venue. My husband was late to our wedding, my brother and my husbands grandfather both felt ill on arrival to the venue. We had reservations at this exclusive area in the venue in which to take photos for an hour which we lost. Its very hard to get in contact with the business but when I did the owner was not apologetic and was very rude .. he refuses to provide me a refund for that vehicle. He knew the vehicle was faulty before he sent it out ***** why the driver was instructed to carry a bucket of water to throw on the engine in case of break down. He was negligent and put my husband his and my family at risk!Reservation # ***** I found this site on theknot.com
