I bought a car on February 18. ******** said it went through a multipoint inspection. Ride was a bit rough salesman ******** needed to have alignment. Took car to infinity dealer. Car has bent strut and cracked rim also rear tires showed uneven wear with steel in wheel bearing exposed. Im sure these problems had to be known to dealer after their multipoint inspectionInitial Complaint

On 7/23/2022 I went to Route 22 Nissan to purchase a car I saw online Friday, 7/22/2022 I spoke with ******** about the car and she said it was still there. when I came in Saturday morning I was informed the car was sold Friday night. I was showed another car the car had a spare tire on the passenger rear wheel, ****** told the tire would be replaces in 2-3 days and he would deliver the car to me, I called ****** ** Monday, 7/25/2022 to find out the status. I was inform it would take 2-3 days from Monday to replace the tire. I called on Wednesday, 7/27/2022 and was informed that ****** was not at work I then stated I want to cancel the contract after some back and fourth the Manager (*****) agreed to cancel the contract I request that I receive and email when this is done I have not heard from anyone.Business response

I have spoken with *************************** and have confirmed with her that we have unwound her deal and her finance contract is cancelled. I have also confirmed with the finance company that the contract has been returned to us. She has no interest in this deal anymore.
