I purchased a 2015 Land Rover Range Rover Sport on 9/14/2021. The vehicle was listed online for $29,999. The dealership salesman ************** informed me the price was an error and the actual price was $34,790, not to worry because he got me approved at good rate. 10/2/21 vehicle dash alerted me of coolant leak. ****** told me just buy some coolant and top it off they may have forgot to fill it up before I purchased it. 11/6/21 check engine light came on & engine overheated. I called ****** distraught, he said have the vehicle towed to the dealership. The vehicle was there until 11/16/21. 11/20/21 dash alerted coolant level low, I added the fluid. 11/21/21 coolant leaked on the right and left side of the ground. ******* said bring it in. I picked the vehicle up on 11/22/21. Throughout 2022- 2023, the vehicle continued to shut off randomly, jerk, check engine light, low coolant level and engine overheating. Repairs shops include ****************** AAMCO Roselle *** and ******************* Land Rover ****** ** for costly repairs. Both service provider representatives informed me this vehicle had severe issues and I should get rid of it. 11/8/23 ************************************* found a coolant leak that cost $3495.30. On 12/8/23 I had a licensed mobile mechanic come out to assess the vehicle that informed me the engine needed to be replaced and quoted a used one would cost upwards of $10,000 citing, there is exhaust pressure in coolant system and exhaust pressure should only be found in engine combustion area. On 11/28/23 and on 12/9/23 I called the credit union to voluntary repossess the vehicle because I cannot afford to waste another ********************* 2 years and 2 months on this inoperable trash vehicle due to constant engine, coolant, and other issues. 12/11/23 I called the dealership and contacted ****** only to find out they have changed the name of the business, ****** no longer works there. They are now ************** but all calls for Auto Holding are forwarded to the new named business.

I purchased a vehicle from Autoholdings 46 in ************** ** on October 29th, 2022. The vehicle came with a three month warrantee. Its is now January 24th, 2023 and I have no plates or registration for this vehicle. My temporary plates expired on November 29th, 2022. I also have a check engine light on my vehicle. The dealership has closed and I can no longer reach anyone there. I tried to contact ***************************, who worked for the dealer and supposedly handled my plates with DMV but she has not returned any emails. I Contacted Janelly Conception, who sold me the car and she told me she no longer works there and provided me with a phone number to reach the owner, *****. ***** told me time after time that my plates were expected week after week before he stopped taking my text and calls. I went to ****** DMV and was told the registration/title process was never started and that Id have to contact ******* ************************ so they can help me with this process. So Im paying monthly for a car that Is not legal to drive or under my name. This place wasted my time, took my money, and fed me lies along the way. They are not honest people.

For simplicity's sake. I traded in my old vehicle for a new used one. The vehicle got shipped to me more than a month now. My temp. tag now expired and I called the dealership two weeks out before the expiration date by phone and emailed them. But no response. I even called the sales lady that sold me the vehicle, but she refused to pick up my call until I used a family member's number to call her and she picked it up and then told me she is no more working there. Not only the tag I am having issues with but the vehicle is missing parts inside and has scratches on the body. The manager promised to fix it by sending a check once I have the quotation which I email them but nothing till today. To make it worst, the old vehicle traded with them is still with me. Until they pay every expense and stress before picking up the old vehicle, it looks like mine. What a terrible dealership.

On August 22, 2022 I bought a 2019 ******** **** SUV from Auto Holding *** at ********************************************************************* via a financing agreement with ************ I am making a $717.19 monthly payment as per my agreement with Auto Holding and ************ I received a temporary registration which expired on September 20, 2022. I have waited more than 2 months to get the registration and title with my name and lien holders name and to date it has not been received. I informed the bank and the dealership that the vehicle was declared totaled by the insurance company due to another vehicle make an illegal left turn into the vehicle. The ***************** has since picked up the vehicle from the collision center and is waiting to settle the payment with the lien holder but cannot do so without a title in my name.I have called and text with the person at the dealership that assisted with the purchase of the vehicle. He told me that I would have received the title in the mail and to date I have not received it and its been more than 2 months of waiting, He also said that the dealership did not currently have the title for the vehicle and they had to send to get it. The first time I asked about the title September 19, 2022, because the average waiting time for a tiltle was 2 - 6 weeks; I am now waiting for 11 weeks. He said the paperwork was not sent out because they were waiting for the title that was misplaced. Isn't illegal to sell a vehicle without first having a title? In the meantime I have to come out of pocket to make these payments for the montly insurance and the car financing. I am the only one suffering for the dealership's negligence. I am asking for the full amount I have so far come out of pocket with. Two months of car payments at $717.19 per month $1434.38 plus 2 months of auto insurance cost of $450.97 totaling $1,885.35 I also bought tires for this vehicle for $1,076.88 which are not returnable.

I bought a car from them on 9/12/22. Contractually agreed upon service was required for completion of the sale. Since then, they have yet to fix anything and repeated attempts to schedule the repairs have gone ignored. I am still waiting on plates and no one wants to help

Bought a car on 8/30/2022, the price online was ****** but the price that I actually bought it for was ******. This is false advertising on their website. Secondly I've attempted to call about my license plates over 30 times and I cannot get a hold of a human. At this point the car is just collecting dust as I cannot drive it.

I bought a truck from Autoholding 46, address: ************************************************** on 17 May 22. I am a Pa resident and have purchased cars in ** before. The process to get a Pa plate does not take 3 months. For the past 2.5 months I have called, always being sent to voicemail, inquiring where my tags are. In mid July I went to AAA to research the process. From what they can see the process has not even started. I wish I did more research on this dealership. There's nothing positive and my story seems typical for them. I need my tags and they need to do the work because that is what I paid them to do.
