I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on 9/2 within less than 24 hours the check engine light came on. I left a message for the flady (******) I was dealing with advising as such. I never received a call back so I followed back up with on 9/5 and she advised that she would contact the mechanic. Not to mention that when I initially spoke to her regarding the car I was looking at ****** Civic) she advised that the ****** Impreza would be a good car (I trusted her since this was not my first purchase with this dealership). Finally she calls me back to advise to have ,y son bring the car in on 9/7 at 11:00 to the Hillside location. My son reached out to ******* to advise that he had an emergency (he has a child on the way) and requested to reschedule. ******* sends him a text back but never provided the date of reschedule. Well the next day my son is on the mall and the back driver side was hit (minimal damage adjuster estimated the cost at $1500) however the radiator starts smoking. I called the dealership back to advise as the back of the car has nothing to do with the front of the car. I got a call back and was advised that they would fix the radiator even though it's not covered under the warranty and to have the car brought in. Well I had the car towed in for ******* to tell me that the car had front end damage which caused the radiator to crack and damage the engine. Well this dealership had no clue that the tow company had taken pictures of the car and the adjuster was coming to few the back end damage. Well when the adjuster arrived it was confirmed that there was not front end damage to the car. So ******* lied and they basically sold me a lemon. They need to either fix this car, cancel the loan (already contacted ************* or provide an alternate vehicle. I will also be moving forward with filing an Attorney General complaint as well as whoever I need to reach out to to have this dealership further investigated and possibly shut down.
