--purchased a 2006 F-150 with purchase agreement dated 5/26/22 --paid for transport, and took delivery of vehicle on 6/22/22 --was advised in writing that the vehicle runs and drives 100 with no issues whatsoever --asked what rust needed to be worked on, and was only told about rust on wheel ***** and cabin corners. --i took vehicle to have inspected in ***, and was notified that the frame is so badly rusted that it will not pass inspection, and is a hazard to drive the vehicle at all. Dealer never disclosed this at all. --dealership told me it that other customers had looked at the vehicle, but did not purchase due to the severity of the rust. It was my fault that i bought it sight unseen (except for pictures sent from the dealer), and that they did not have to disclose the rust on the frame. --they have posted on their ****** reviews that they have a 30 day **** mile warranty, but i was not given this due to that i bought the vehicle at a discount. The price was $7495 online, and was bought for that price. no discount was given.--i was misled as to the condition of the vehicle, not disclosed the severity of the rust damage to the frame, and have been told that they will see me in court. --was told by the sales rep that i have no idea how long the frame will last, and that it is okay to drive.They have shown negligence, failed to disclose the proper condition of the vehicle, and will not respond to requests.--i have tried to get in touch with the owner with phone calls, messages sent on their website, and through the salesman.--
