    I have no access to my account and was not provided 1099's for my account for 2023. Can't get any response by email, phone, chat bot, I've sent ticket request and there is absolutely no opportunity to talk to a human.

    This is a Scam dont invest When I try to withdraw my some of my fund, they holding the fund and saying because i have a work permit and not a ** citizen. They not giving me my fund and at no point they stated if your not a US Citizen dont invest. I would not have. I have a Registered Business in *** and pay all my Taxes. This is a scam

    This company is an absolute fraud it keeps you chasing your tail over and over again. Tell you you have to send your license and pictures to certify that you are who you are and I took a biometric profile send them my license that has a picture on it and still they found something wrong with it. If you want to be frustrated over and over again eToro is the place to go

    You can deposit money all day to this service, but as soon as you want to withdraw funds it is hassle-city.They tell you to link an account and deposit $1 because THEIR vendor changed and that has become YOUR problem to fix. What they don't explicitly tell you is that though you have the option to deposit and "link" from your debit card, you can't actually use a card.No, you have to provide 3rd party access directly to your account, with one permission requirement being "transaction history." Holy wow why would you ever need that?Additionally, when you DO give them overreaching permission to link your ACTUAL account, it times out and then blocks you from attempting again that day. I'm sitting at over a week now of trying to withdraw my money. As soon as I am (hopefully) able to withdraw my funds and then REVOKE their unnecessary overreach (after they've already mined and sold my data!) I will never do business with this c*** company again.

    I tried 50 times to withdraw my money and its impossible, They dont have live customer service, you have to email or chat with them, but they will never get back to you. The app does not work when you want to withdraw your money, I dont even understand how these companies can exist.If you could please leave me a phone number, so I can call, that would be great.

    This is the absolute worst app ever. Don't use it. They will easily take your money, but you can't withdrawal your money at all. You can't file a complaint and you have to leave a voicemail to get a response back.

    This company has my money and I am unable to log in to my account. It will not allow me to reset my password or even email me a link to reset my password.If you attempt to contact customer support, it sends you to a location to LOG IN! How is this even possible when the concern is that I cannot reset my password. After weeks of getting through to someone to help with this issue, I now am in a back and forth email situation with someone named "Young" in their Customer Support segment who is asking me to email photo copies of either my passport or driver's license as "proof of identity". Can we say IDENTITY THEFT SCAM?This company is an absolute hoax. I am baffled that the SEC allows this company to exist. There should be a civil suit started against them.
