I ordered a stuffed animal from the Laika Shop on August 19th. The package was returned because of a bad address. They received the returned package on August 30th but I cannot get anyone to respond to my emails about a refund or resending my item.Initial Complaint

I bought an item through the Laika studio website which is affiliated with The wildflower company through their customer service I have not received my money back and tried to contact them through multiple means and have received no response. I'm trying to order something from The Discovery Store online which they manage apparently. My gift card is coming up invalid even though when I call the # on the card I have a balance and it recognizes the card #.I sent an email on Jan 18, 2022 that has gone unanswered. I called the ** phone # ************ and tried everyone's mailbox and the general mailbox. They're all full and don't accept messages. I called the ** phone # ************ which just rang and rang then disconnected.I'm trying to buy a product form a store they manage. I haven't shelled out any money so no loss. But, I would like to use my gift card!Business response

Customer was trying to use a a gift card that was not compatible with our current store. We honored the balance of the gift card, so that customer was able to use the credit toward an item of his choice on our website.Customer response

1. order & paid for product Dec 6 Order number ***** 2. no tracking information Dec 17 emailed asking when my order would be shipped 3. they responded with a tracking number- only a label was created 4. Dec 23 I canceled the order- shipping never changed from label created 5. Jan 8 send another email asking for my refund.6. Jan 10 got an email stating they were shipping it out.. a label created. 7. I responded with send it overnight or refund... I am done with them! 8, There is no live customer care phone number to talk with anyone. Can you help me get my money back? it wasn't a large amount.. but still very bad business practice. I have the email exchange if you would like it.Business response

Customer placed an order in December. We were very busy and had some computer issues, which caused a problem fulfilling some of them. Customer never received her order and was not receiving timely email responses, as we were handling many customer service issues. She has now received a full refund for her order.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product from LAIKA Studios which is managed by The Wildflower Group. I ordered a product and they sent me the incorrect product and has been unresponsive when I email their customer service department. I talked with other shoppers on FB who commented that they could not get anything resolved through the Laika customer service email but had to report them to get results. The issue happened a week ago. I am seeking a correction of my order. On 11/26/2021 I ordered $94.38 worth of Peanuts products from The Peanuts Store.com which upon researching is a part of The Wildflower Group. I've emailed them several times and called all of the phone numbers that they have listed under their contact for customer support and finding their phone number for the Wildflower Group and each time I've called the message states that their mailbox is full for leaving a voicemail. I can't get an answer from them on when my order number PNTS6011 has shipped or a confirmation of the order. I used my card and the amount has already been withdrawn from my bank. I just want the items that I've ordered shipped to me or I'd like a refund. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts. I'm very furious that their is no legitimate person or customer service number to reach or speak with!Business response

Of the 5 items this customer ordered, 4 of the items were delivered on December 13, 2021 under DHL tracking # **********************. The remaining item is a print on demand order which may not arrive until after Christmas. We have refunded the customer for this one item..Customer response
