I am a season pass holder for the lawn. PNC center policy states (and is currently on their web-site) that lawn chairs cost $5.00 each. This year they started charging $10 at the first show of the year and increased to $20 a chair based on the popularity of the acts. Never notifying us when we go to the concert expecting to pay $5.00. I feel this is greedy and unfair practice!!!Initial Complaint

They opened my Epipen making it no usable. I cant afford a new one. It did expire its all I can afford. They said they arent liable. That they will talk to the woman and give her more training.Initial Complaint

I bought a lot of ************************* tickets for a for a wedding party and wasn't told by the ********** that the event would require proof of vaccination therefore most of my party could not attend. I tried returning them for refund twice to the ********** at PNC in ********** where I purchased them with cash and they said I would have to submit it through ticketmaster. Ticketmaster said box office didn't follow protocol on return and to contact bbb.My friend who purchased with credit card was refunded immediately.
