I received a text message from Holmdel Imaging that a balance of $95.99 was due for services rendered 12/02/2022. I was instructed to log into a billing site run by Zotech to initiate payment. Numerous attempts made to pay through this ****** were unsuccessful. After receiving more texts requesting payment, I attempted to pay the bill using the previous service, Instamed and the payment was posted to my credit card on 2/22/2023. Subsequent texts demanding payment were received and a phone call was place with **** @ Zotech explaining the payment went to, and was accepted by Instamed. I was told by **** that his supervisor, ******* would get the payment from Instamed but I would be contacted if there was a problem. On June 11,2023 I received a collection notice from *********************** on behalf of Holmdel Imaging. Multiple calls were made to both billing agencies. I was told by Zotech that I would have to contact Instamed and get the method, program, date transaction number, etc if they forwarded the payment. Spoke to ***** at Instamed and was informed that her supervisor, ******, was the only person that could provide that info and she was in a meeting. After no response a second call was place to ***** who said ****** was at lunch but needed 48 hours to track down the payment. Four days later, I was told ****** was in a meeting and would call back. Regardless of which ****** Holmdel used, my credit card shows payment was made to Holmdel Imaging LLC and I should not be caught in the middle of their billing departments incompetence and lack of regard. Its extremely difficult to contact anyone as most of the business is conducted remotely and via text and email.Business response

As such, *************** to your inquiry on their behalf. It is our mutual goal to provide accurate and timely billing services in a satisfying manner to the patients of Holmdel Imaging LLC.
Our review of the patients account has resulted in these findings:
The collection agency was notified of the $95.99 payment on 7/4/23.
The $95.99 debt was never sent to the credit bureaus.
We regret for the inconvenience this has caused *****************************************. At this time, we request you close this complaint as we have resolved it in a satisfactory manner.
