My dog was sent there for the two week training. He came back being reactive towards the training method that was used and traumatized by the prong collar. After speaking with his vet and 3 breeders, one being his own, he was evaluated and it is determined that they are training method caused him trauma which is now making him aggressive towards his collar being touched and being corrected in anyway. When he went away for obedience it was because he was stubborn in listening to get off of things and jumping up. When he came back the only thing he knows how to do now is walk on a leash. He doesnt know any of the other commands or rather refuses to listen to them. One corrected for them he is acting out because he was most likely miss treated during his day by at least one of the trainers. It was determined that his behavior does not matchWhat should be happening for a normal training camp. Therefore, he was probably miss handled and miss treated during his stay. He also came home with hotspots on both front paws that were so raw he almost needed antibiotics. Luckily they have since started to heal. Another issue that we have ever had with him being. I called up the place several times told him my concerns it took them a week to get back to me and they told me to bring him in I had expressed to them that his behavior is happening with in his own home and hes just gonna go back and further traumatize himself there that their training method didnt work and I wanted my money back. I did not pay $2000 to have a dog that only walks on a leash when I use a prong collar, doesnt know any other commands, is now traumatized, and I can no longer correct and effective way because he is so scared that we are going to hurt him with this collar. Just to be clear, even with a regular collar he no longer allows it to be touched at the neck which is a problem since I have a house of three children two of which are very young. The breeders and the vet both suggest putting him down.

We are truly sorry that you are not satisfied with our services. If you recall when we first called us and spoke about bringing your Dalmation ***** in for training, you stated that you were having a problem with ***** being aggressive. The issue of *****'s aggressive behavior was discussed on the phone with you, and we mentioned at that time that we could never guarantee that a dog would not become aggressive even if he was trained. It's also written in our training agreement that we could never guarantee a dog won't become aggressive which you signed and acknowledged when you brought ***** in for training. Addressing your additional concerns, while he was with us for the 2 weeks of board training, none of our 5 trainers who worked with him noticed any aggression at all. If we had, we would have notified you. At the end of our training program when we trained you and ***** together, you signed our contract again stating that you were totally satisfied with the training received by *****, you also stated on the bottom of the contract that we could use you for a reference. While ***** was here, we didn't notice any hot spots on his paws, or we would have contacted you immediately. We called you the day after ***** was picked up from training to see how his training was progressing, but your mailbox was full. The following day you called us and said that ***** wasn't following the commands and that he was becoming aggressive again. We asked you to come back so that we could help you with the training and try to help with the aggression and you refused. We have reached out to you many times to have you come back so we could work with you and ***** in order to see what the problem was, and again you declined. At any time at your convivence you are welcome to return with ***** in order to see if we can help with the problems that you are having.
