This business attempted to check my credit with multiple financing companies for 3 cars that I did not intend on buying nor did I authorized to be seen if I qualify for them. I came into the office and they said nothing about financing, I thought they were creating a profile with their company for internal use, not to check my credit. I planned on paying in full cash. They also confirmed with me over the phone that the 2 cars that I took interest in were in stock. When I got to the store, about 3 hours later, they said they didn't have it. I was told that one of the cars had a similar model available at a different lot about 7 minutes away. The salesperson (male, about 45) took me (female, 22) and my little brother (11) to the other lot in a Kia, which he proceeded to try to sell me even though I expressed disinterest in the car when he showed me the first time. At the other lot, this saleperson sexually assaulted me while I was looking at the cars and the police were called. A police report was made. I am thoroughly disgusted with this company and their predatory interactions with me and I would like my credit file to. be updated to reflect the inquiries from yesterday, 6/24/2024Initial Complaint

I bought a 2020 ******* Elantra from ** USED CAR CENTER on September 4, 2023. Paid for my motor vehicle taxes and was told by dealership that I had to pay them another $500 in order for me to get my hard plates which I paid for. My temporary tags and registration expired October 4, ******************************************************************************************************************** the run around and now I have a car that I am paying for monthly but cant drive because my plates and registration has expired. I dont have any other options and dont know what else do to at this point or how to go about this situation. I feel as though I have been scammed by this dealership. And I would like someone to guide me or find some answers on how can I got about all this.Initial Complaint

On march 3,2022 I put a deposit of $2,000 on 2014 ***** civic ($33,524.76) is the price I drove it off the lot with the promise to repair several issues 1st being the electrical system inside the car 1 being the window not rolling down along with several other (electrical) issues the tires were also supposed to be replaced the transmission fluid leaking & they couldnt find the issue I had to take off work several times to try to get the issues resolved with only getting the issue with the transmission fluid resolved, a year later the electrical issue is still unresolved.Basically the company sold me a lemon with a really high price for the 2014 ***** civic unfortunately I have tried to talk to my sales man (****** ) along with several other workers to resolve this issue and it really hurts because this was seen as a trusted place to do business with as my family has done a lot of business with this place and even referred me to them.They also threw another $500 fee for reasons that they couldnt even find. I really need help with this issue as every single car place has turned me around because of this very wrongful loan in my name.This is my very first car purchase and its put me in a very bad situation that I continue to pray gets resolved. I really need a reliable vehicle I would like to return the vehicleBusiness response

I have spoken to ****************. We have come to an agreement that we will do our best to get him into a different vehicle. He is doing the Finance application and w will take the vehicle as a trade
