I am not liable for this debt with O'Gorman Motors. I don't have a contract with O'Gorman Motors and they have not provide me with the original contract as requested.Initial Complaint

I purchased my vehicle 8/2021 , transaction went smooth. The next day the vehicle was smokey, and on my way to work it was hesitating. Luckily I work at a mechanic shop where they checked the vehicle and said that it was leaking transmission fluid and a fan blaid was broken. Fast forward to 02/2022 my car doesnt turn on, I changed the battery since it wasnt turning on so I thought it was that, it wasnt. I asked a mechanic from my job he said it might be the starter so I ordered a new starter. Before changing it he said he will diag the car to make sure, ********* thing he did because it isnt that either its the motor. I live in ** ogorman wants me to pay for not only towing but wont even give me a rental ! I have a job to get too and kids to get to school! I just want my downpayment back so I can take My business elsewhere literally regret getting my vehicle here! Not to mention my brother also got a car and not even a month later his engine just GOES ! DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY I DO NOT KNOW HOW THEYVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR OVER 40 YEARS !
