I hope GSVS goes out of business. The vets at this place should be ashamed to call themselves doctors. What happened to caring for animals instead of the money? One nurse really was trying to help me and I appreciate all her help. My dog, my heart, came in because he swallowed something and he needed an endoscopy asap. I was told the fee was $4,500 and all of it had to be paid before the procedure could be performed or for $1,200 they could push the object into his stomach to move it out of his esophagus. Moving the foreign object to his stomach should never have been an option. They knew it would kill him eventually which it did. I said to them if he's going to be under anesthesia already, why can't you just take the object out with the scope? I got no answer because it was about the money. I had half of the money and I told them I would have the rest in a few days. The vet said to me, let me see what I can do, made me think she was really going to try and help. Made me wait for an hour or so and came back and said to me, so what did you decide to do? I said excuse me? I thought you were going to try and help. My heart was crushed. I got the rest of the money 2 days later like I said but unfortunately, it was too late. I had to euthanize my dog. In the end, he couldn't walk, he wouldn't eat and he suffered because of money. It was a very traumatic experience. I can't write how I really feel but DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS HOSPITAL. The only reason I dealt with them is because ******** did not do this type of procedure with the scope. I wish I would have read reviews of this place beforehand. Sitting in the waiting room, I would hear customers bills and how much they were being charged. One guy came in with his cat and he was charged $7,000. He was off the wall! It really is a shame. I would give them -0 stars but I have to give at least one and they don't deserve that.
