      I purchased Elite+ package in Nov 2021. This is the first time trying to reach them for a claim and cannot connect with anyone. The first call was made 6 days ago and called almost everyday since and no reply. All calls go to voicemail. Sales department is the only area that answers the call, but answered by a receptionist who just took a message. I need the company to contact me to file a claim for a repair on my car.

      I purchased a warranty for my vehicle in 2022 and I recently filed a claim to have repairs done on my vehicle and the warranty company will not communicate at all with either myself or the auto shop who is trying to repair my vehicle. I have left over 6 voicemails and the auto shop has also left multiple messages for them over the course of 3 weeks without anyone returning our messages. My vehicle needs over $10,000 worth of work and is currently sitting at the auto shop because I cannot drive it. The business ideal auto protect has been horrible to work with and they have told me over the phone in the past when *** voiced my concerns that my concerns dont matter to them and they dont care. I am at a loss for what Im supposed to do because I spent over $1,500 on this warranty and I am unable to use it. So I either need them to refund me my money if they wont even communicate about my claim or to actually do their jobs and tell us what is covered. The auto shop says that they have never dealt with a warranty company as unprofessional as Ideal auto protect and theyve never had this much trouble with another company like this before.

      I paid for an auto warranty for my car. When we had a claim, the company sent an inspector to the mechanic shop, they agreed on paying a portion of the cost. The mechanic went ahead with repairs. They contacted the warranty company with out any luck of collecting the cost of repairs. We have attempted to contact the dozens of times via phone and email. They responded a couple times and avoided our attempt to collect what they agreed to pay. It has been 4 months since the work was done. They don’t answer my calls or emails any more.

      I have an extended warranty contract with IDeal auto Protection #***********C. Dated 07/21/2020 I paid $3,650. For the five year coverage. This past January 2024 I made a claim for a suspension compressor claim #*********** Ideal supplied the part and Euro Tech installed the part at a cost of $290.,00. I have had numerous calls and texts to get Euro Tech paid . I get no satisfaction mostly no response or a run around , when I am able to get Shaun M on the phone. I have read on line many complaints from other customers who have had the same experience with IDeal Auto Protection. I have had to pay Euro Tech the $290. As I Deal Auto Protection is not honoring the contract that I paid for.

      On 04/06/2024, I e-mailed my "account executive" Nick B. at ideal auto protect that I wanted to cancel the warranty coverage immediately and to please refund me the remaining prorated amount in the account. Before I opened my account with Nick on 02/03/2022, Nick made it clear that I could cancel the contract at any time and be refunded the prorated amount on the account. On 04/09/2024, I spoke with a representative in the accounting department at ideal auto protect who stated that Nick had lied and thought that Nick no longer worked at the company. I advised the representative that the having the option to be prorated the refund was the main reason that I opened the account with Nick. The representative then became apprehensive and combative on the phone and did not care what Nick had advised me before opening the account. I asked the representative to please transfer me to a supervisor in order to resolve the issue and the representative refused to.

      Bought the warranty back in 2019, and tried to use it, the issues with the vehicle should have been more than covered seeing as the reason there was rocks in my engine was due to a faulty part that wouldn't regulate debris from getting into the engine. Of course they denied it and after fighting tooth and nail I paid 11k out of pocket for a whole new engine to be put in. I paid 1600 or thereabouts for the warranty and they never did anything except cause more issues. I let it go and then fast forward to today, I've requested a refund on my 10 year or 100k mile policy only to be told that I only got a 5 year warranty and that I've exhausted all funds. Even though I've never used the policy and should have at least 5 more years or about 60k miles left on the policy. Their contract states they prorate off mileage. Not months. And I've been told in writing that they do it off months. I've asked their reps to forward their recorded calls, and they've refused any documentation I have to show that my policy when discussed was supposed to be for 10 years or 100k miles. The rep on the phone Alexander R was absolutely disgusting in the attitude and explanation he tried to give. Provided false information and was honestly extremely degrading. This company is absolute thieves and should not be allowed to collect any money from consumers when they fail to provide any service.

      i have ideal auto protect, that i paided for on july 12 2021, filed my first claim on 11/24/2023 for 1033.21, they said it was not covered, i went to pay for it and pick my truck up, didnt have it 2 hours and took it back to koons chevy in white marsh, *********** talked to josh c******** in service, he said they will check it out monday, it was loud and didnt want to stay running, i told him i brought it here for a engine light on, thats all you replaced the sencer and 2 thermostates, it didnt sound like this, so he called me back monday and said it would cost 3000.00 dollars to be fixed and he will get a hold of insurance to make sure they cover it, so he send them all the imformation, ideal sent their own mechicanet and insurance guy last week to check it out, accourding to my ideal paper work it is covered, josh from koons tryed to call them many times no answer, i called 6 times just yesterday , no answer , i picked the truck up today and used a charge card to pay for it, a lady answered the phone from ideal customer service this morning her name was latresa ***********, she told me someone would cALL BE BACK, NO ONE DID, I THINK THIS COMPANY JUST DOES'NT WANT TO PAY THE BILL, CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE ***** **** **********

      I've been trying to cancel warranty with this company ever since feb of 2022 but they take messages at customer service and just take send it to voice mail to cancellations and after getting tired of that ive tried to dispute with my credit card company but they have been denying of any cancellation and the company ideal protection claims its a valid charge,ive never used this warranty service and been trying to reach shaun and finally when he answered he said he can ony give prorated refund which was 919$ where ive paid 3200$ for the warranty he said he'd refund me 919$ but even then shaun simply ignoring my calls and I've been calling the warranty company but its just going to voice mails but no refund or no money back.i want my full refund these guys are greedy and liars whos conned me and ignore me ever since theyve sold me the warranty.please help me get my full refund.thank you.

      I purchased a used care and Ideal Auto Protect in October 2019 and because of the pandemic I didn't drive my car very much for 3 years. In 2023 I started driving and having some issues with my oil pump. Ideal Auto was always difficult to reach, people wouldn't call back, they took 2 weeks to have someone even go out to see my car for authorization to repair, they made it extremely difficult for the mechanic to complete the repairs, only sent the mechanic a portion of the parts that were needed to repair and never paid the mechanic for the work that was done, wven after several calls, email and faxes. We've been waiting for 6 months for payment to the mechanic, so I paid them myself because they did the work, these a rare honest mechanic and it's not fair. My engine and brakes have had repairs but when I call and the hold is extremely long, I've left messages, without call back and after waiting over 2 months for my car to be repaired the first time, I couldn't wait any longer and initiated the repairs myself. I just want a refund of the warranty cost, unless Idea Auto Protect wants to pay the full price that I had to supplement for the oil pump $1,479, replacement of the engine $3,609, and brake repairs of $489. These are all covered items based on the contract. This is fraud and deceptive marketing. I should have gone with someone else for sure. At this point I just want a refund. Trust me, it's not worth it, save your funds for your car repairs or find a reputable company, otherwise you'll pay for the repairs and a warranty that is not honored.

      iDeal Auto Protect has good sales. iDeal said, I will have bumper-to-bumper coverage. If you are getting a hold of **************** or Claims, you will have major problems. They will return your call after 72hrs and resolve nothing. I have repairs needed for my vehicle. My service department informed me that no one answers calls or emails have no response when sent to the iDeal Auto Protect "Claims" section. I have to serve as the "middle person" between my extended protection plan and service department. When I finally heard from iDeal, I was told they have to send an inspector to my service department to identify if repairs are needed to be done in my vehicle. Clearly, their inspectors would identify that it is, "wear and tear" on engine mounts, starter, and ************** I asked my service agent, when will work for repairs begin for my vehicle? My service agent stated that iDeal Auto Protect will not cover the cost of the repairs because iDeal said, there are no issues to cover.I read many customer reviews about the same issues they dealt with "iDeal Auto Protect." As a customer with "**********************," when you spend your money, you will learn that you have been scammed with this business. I "HIGHLY RECOMMEND" that others stay away from this company or you will suffer the same fate.I want to cancel this extended protection plan, but as I stated, your calls will not be answered nor returned.
