I had an agreement with this company to help train my Daughter to score a better grade in her SAT and i paid $2100 which will be reimbursed if she didn't score 300 or above from her current grade or continue to train her for 3 attempts and if the desired score (+300) is not obtained the full cost to be reimbursed. After my daughter completing all the test practices they send her and her taking two SATs the desired score wasn't obtained, we reached out to them, with the evidence from the ************* score sheet either to continue to work with her or change the training approach and they completely stopped responding to our emails and calls. The last we heard from them is in June of 2023. While they stopped answering us (paid parents) they continue to advertise their services for new Client. What i am asking your office to do is help me get my money back since the agreed upon results are not reached and the time to train her has run out.Initial Complaint

June 16,2022, i paid TestRocker $1899.00 from my Affirm account for my Daughter ********************************* SAT prepration. By the time of purchage, they told us we will get full refund if my daughter can not able to score **** or more. they mention, if some one has ther previous SAT score less then **** they guranteed at list increase by 200 point or if some one has their previous SAT score more then **** they guaranteed at list ****. otherwise they will give us full refund. my daugher completed all the instruction they provided during the test prepration and she already atempted as many time they required to meet the refund critria. unfurtunatly, she was not able to score ****. Now, I tried to reach out to testrocker several time they never pick my phone and reply my email. They did replied my first email and told us wait for two week. after that i asked update on my case several time they never replied me back. I leave voice message to get call back but they never reach out to me.Initial Complaint

BEWARE OF ***********! OUR DAUGHTERS MATH SCORE ACTUALLY WENT DOWN ON THE ACT AFTER USING ***********! (100% true and a verified purchase)We purchased *********** in May 2022, and were told by their salesperson in multiple phone conversations that if we weren't happy, we could get a refund. This is back when they used to actually answer the phone at ************. Needless to say, *********** has been a disaster!We have repeatedly requested help and documented challenges via calls and emails during the tutoring process from June through Sept 2022 (ie she was registered for classes but repeatedly did not get links, then they blamed us for their tech issues or incompetence. *********** has instructors that are impossible to understand (a substantial language barrier). Our daughters scores actually went DOWN after getting tutored by ***********! The math instructors give conflicting information from instructor to instructor. Our daughter (a **** GPA will graduate in May 2023 with her associates degree) still tried to power through and self-teach since they will not deliver on their promises. We relied on the promise made by their sales person and requested a refund in writing. After ~6 weeks of repeated emails, they finally replied and refused the request. Yet, they refuse to acknowledge any of our documented concerns over the last several months with tech, incompetent instructors, language barrier, etc. They never answer the phone now. They dont reply to emails or ******** messages either. I went into to check to see if our daughters account had any correspondence regarding the refund. They locked us out of the account. Thats great business model or is it a scam? The definition of scam is a confidence game to make a quick profit. Unfortunately, our only option now is to warn other parents who genuinely want the best for their kids about *********** and tell of our experiences as a very dis-satisfied consumer. Beware of ***********!
