Highly recommend. Very professional, organized, and detailed. They arrived early, were super clean, detailed, and polite.

They destroyed $2000+ of property and didnt even complete the full service move we paid for. They are now dodging my calls and emails. This company is a joke and owes me tons of money. Seriously avoid these degenerates at all costs.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Ill start by saying they came as scheduled, packed and moved my belongings with No problem.The big issue why I would never use them or recommend them is because I had 3 large jars left to me by my grandmother. One was filled with quarters-over $800 of quarters. I saw them pack all jars in one box.When my belongings arrived that box had only two jars. The jar with the quarters was not in any box.I called the company to complain. I was bounced around until I finally got the claims ***** They took a message and said I would get a call in 3 days.They never called and when I called back I was told again I would get called back in 3 days. All I wanted was some resolution on what now I feel was theft and normal nicks in my furniture touched up as promised when quoted. This went on for for 6 weeks. Not one response to my calls. The last call I said forget touching up the furniture. I just want to resolve the theft of my jar with quarters.No response so I filed a POLICE REPORT. I dont expect the police to spend time on this. I just wanted it on record if other people filed a report.Other then the stolen jar and the total lack of responsiveness from the claims **** I had no problem.But if you use them dont trust them with anything of value. And hope they dont damage your furniture because if they do there claims **** gets a zero for not responding.

Could not have asked for a better moving experience! Edy and his team were all very professional, courteous, and respectful to my belongings. It was a snowy moving day, and the team made sure nothing got wet or destroyed due to the weather. All my items were packaged with care, and labeled accordingly to make it an easy transition out of the boxes. I would highly recommend Alpha Moving company to friends and family!

They packed my ******* and computer monitors together and broke my TV completely on delivery. Every piece of furniture damaged somewhere which shows they do not handle the stuff carefully. There was hardly a communication on delivery timelines. When I tried to file a claim the process was so complicated I just gave up on it. Beware of default insurance its like **** cents per pound, the documentation and sending hard copies itself will cost you 2 times more of what you will get. Horrible Experience, stay away.

There are many companies one can hire for moving. However, after using Alpha Moving, there clearly is only one choice. We hired them a little more than a year ago for a small job and they were superb making sure everything was done just right.But last week, we hired them for a very large job, which took well over 8 hours. Three men showed up and for the entire day, they not only worked hard, they did everything we asked without any questions. They protected all our furniture, boxes and items as if it were theirs. The three movers were polite, courteous and extremely professional. Then after the day was over they handed me the **** and it was exactly what they quoted. No padding the numbers as so many other companies do. So if you need a competent moving company, one you can trust, do yourself a favor and call the best...Alpha Moving and Storage. If you do, I guarantee you'll be SO satisfied, you'll be writing a review just like I did.

Damaged furniture. Crushed boxes that were labeled as glass and/or fragile. Furniture not put back together. Furniture just left in the middle of the room. And, the lead mover at the other end who was a rush to dump and run and was a complete bully.Horrible experience. Would never recommend them.
