Multiple issues: On May 30, 2022, I entered *** ********** with PREAPPROVED CHASE FINANCING, and told ********** manager not to perform multiple pulls of my credit reports. Despite this, when I arrived home, five pulls appeared on my reports. Scores of 797 and 794 decreased 43 and 37 points, respectively as a result. Additionally, there is no way to open car trunk from the outside. I was unaware of this when I purc hased the car. As there is no lock on the trunk exterior, the only way to open it is to walk into the street, open driver side door with manual key, and release trunk lever, located on floor next to driver seat. It causes intense hip pain to bend over to release the trunk, and I can not see the lever because I can not see when I look down. Had I been told the trunk can not be opened from the outside of the car I never would have purchased this car., a 2022 *** **** for which I paid several thousand dollars over sticker price - $20, ****** for car listed on *** site at $16 - 17, 000. When the car was delivered, I decided to examine the trunk, now that the unceasing **** had been serviced. I was shocked when I couldn't open it, and immediately called the **********. ********, the ********** manager told me he would try to get a remote key fob for me, unless I wanted to purchase a Forte at $10,000.00 higher price. I asked him to get the key fob and haven't heard from him, or sales rep since. Additionally, although holes were not drilled for license plate during servicing, nobody has called me about that either. I was at the ********** 3 days ago; they are aware it needs to be done, yet again, nothing is being done for me.Initial Complaint

my car was totaled in oct 2021 progressive paid there part i also had gap which cost **** and a refund was sent to santander consumer usa for 210 ive called on 3 way with santander i keep getting the run around they told me in feb checks would be sent out ive called numerous times someone will get back to me im getting anxiety over this ,i feel they are choosing not to do theyre part on getting this resolved i spoke to johann and they transfer voice mail full yhis has been going on since october any help in this matter will be greatly appreciated i have times that i wrote down and who i spoke to this was a c300 ******** benz and my heart cant take this stress
