      On March 31 i want to Steven's Jersey City Ford to buy a sprinter *** they told me a price how much it will cost and they made me sign all documents by the end and the prosecse they charge me with 10k more they should have bin taking care of the plates for the car and now 2 Months latter i still dong have plates and the *** is parked and i cant use it when i call them thay dont pick up or they trasfer me around from one perosn to another and when they pick up they say that its the DVMs problems when i asked them to give me the info to wich DMV office they send it to they dont want to tell me

      Please note that Stevens **** IS in possession of my car and has been since December 2022. I had it towed there as the transmission was blown and it was not in drivable condition. (Note that this was after I just had the transmission repaired under warranty at City-Wide **** earlier that same month). I have been without a car since December 2022. I have no other car and this had been a hardship. At Stevens ****, I have been dealing with ***** *************) whom I last heard from on February 17, 2023. Neither she nor the Service Manage will return calls or texts from either myself or my attorney. So you can imagine how disturbing it is to me that your are telling me that they have no record of my car. I have been paying for an extended warranty. I believe I have been treated quite abusively by Stevens **** which obviously reflects badly on the company as a whole. I would appreciate your getting to the bottom of this. I need to know what is going on and when I can expect to have my car fixed. (When I last spoke to ***** on February 17 and she told me the part was due in a few days raising the expectation that my car would be repaired immanently. Now again May 9 setting the same expectation and now no response at all. I hope they did not prioritize other, perhaps, non warranty work over my dire situation. I have paid a lot of money for my extended warranty)

      On March 31st we contacted Jersey city ****** parts department to order a part that they showed in stock, our credit card was charged the same day. A few days later we attempted to contact them with a phone call to get an invoice copy and the tracking number, we left a voicemail as no one answered. For the following two weeks we continued to attempt contact as we had still not seen the part, a tracking number, or an invoice. All call attempts were directed to voicemail with no call back. On April 13th I attempted numerous phone calls with no answer, I used there chat feature on there website and was assured a manager would call me shortly to figure out the situation, no body called or emailed me. I did this same process on April 17th and 18th with the same results. Now we are out the money, still have not received the part nor was I contacted at any point during this process.

      I purchase a vehicle from this dealership, as soonest I got home I saw that the option I needed was missing, + some issues with passenger mirror is broken, I immediately Call them, and told them about the issues I found, they assured me it was all well and it has the options I asked for, after that I called several times no answer from them, I was asking for a solution, so went over to get this issue resolved, after finding out the car Did Not! Had the options I needed they refused to take the car back, I asked him to take the car back that I still was in the time to return it if I wasnt satisfied but sales manager said very nasty and rude, the car is yours now, you can not return it, you can add the options yourself or buy another car, I have called ********* to ask for help, they did said that this is not the only complaint they have, they had had other costumers also calling to complaint, and they also had called them and no *********** I find out that this car is not worth $36000 is only worth 15k, Im stock with a car thats having issues and a loan for a car that was very overpriced, Please I need someone to help me out, I find out that Apparently this dealership has the habit of doing shady things like this, Thank you Sincerely *******************************,

      on November of 2021 I have brought my car to Stevens **** Jersey City for repair. They have stated that the part needed to fix my car has been on back order and have not been able to give me any estimated date for part availability or for the car to be fixed. I have reached out to **** *** as well for the part follow up to no avail because ultimately as per **** *** the dealer should make a request for my part order to be expedited which even **** *** have not been able to get in touch w/ the service advisor I have been constantly communicating with. I have requested also a rental car reimbursement while my car is at the dealership, also no confirmation or authorization provided to me. Every time I follow up either personal, phone call or text message directly to service Advisor no answer as to when my car will be fixed. I am very frustrated as expected and am finding no help from them.

      Thank you for your update, however please do not consider this case close. I have just learned from Costumer Specialist at ***************** of **** *** today that the said dealership Stevens **** at Jersey City only started acting up and sending request of part back order from **** *** on DECEMBER 2022, meanwhile my car has been with them since NOVEMBER 2021. I would like for them to take responsibility and be penalized of their  lack of action and sense of responsibility in fixing my car in a timely manner. Meanwhile my family has been affected by not having this car for more than a year and being burden in paying for rental car and taking Uber/ Car service rides as needed. Which when directed to Stevens **** and **** *** both are pointing fingers to each other to who has the responsibility for the rental car reimbursement. Up to this date no one from Stevens **** has gotten in touch with me regarding my car.  Again, this case is far from being close.  Please reconsider my case.

      I was called in for an appraisal and because of the respectful and kind people in the service department I went to see whether I can find a good price for the vehicle. The sales rep informed me that my trade in value of ($32,000) was accepted by the finance manager. However, when the price sheet/contract was presented they lowered my valuation ($28,000). When I informed them of the error, the finance manager (Mo he called himself) and the salesman (***************) began using intimidation tactics such as making fists and threatening faces and surrounding me to place pressure on me. When I informed the finance managers of the errors before signing the contract, they both behaved in a demeaning and disrespectful manner. I have confidence issues, I needed to walk out but I did not and allowed ** to continue his compulsive lying and intimidation tactics. The next day I said this is a mistake but was told there is nothing that can be changed. I contacted the corporate line of **** to complain but they may have no influence going forward for a private business. I informed the finance manager that I had a panic attack and wasn't able to sleep because of this transaction and the experience in the dealership, however his attitude is best described as a sociopath with non-eye contact when he speaks to you.

      Spoke to customer and still don't understand the problem. ********* bought a vehicle from another dealership days prior to coming in my dealership and was unhappy with the vehicle he bought. We helped him trade out of the vehicle he just bought when the place he bought it from wouldn't help him. He says the employees here were aggressive which could be debatable. We did not force the customer to by a vehicle. He willingly understood the numbers and bought a vehicle. Sounds like he has a history of "buyers remorse" which is something out of my control. We are currently speaking to the customer trying to come to an agreement with him.

      The business contacted me and said my is***s with not wanting to be intimidating or being subjected to psychological disturbing behavior by the Finance Manager. I did not agree with the numbers then the Dealership Manager and Sales Rep were present during the behavior and do not want to acknowledge it due to their culpability with it. I did not have is***s with the vehicle or *********************. That dealership treated me with respect and kindness, I was treated fairly and humanely by the service department at **** Jersey City, and for only that reason I was willing to hear the offer of the Manager. They agreed verbally to my price and when I complained that it did not match the Finance Manager began behaving as a thug/sociopath for financial benefit. I accept the loss of my equity but I will not accept this behavior by the employees of this dealership. After I filed my complaint the The Manager of the dealership called me and said that they will *** me for this complaint, and that my mental health absolves his employee of their duty of care and their unprofessional behavior. I was told by the Manager of Stevens Jersey City **** that he wants to offer me an oil change or some other service from his service department to drop the complaint. I am trying to maintain peace of mind and to be called after this complaint, to receive a phone call to be called a liar, immature, and upset without a sincere apology has now further harmed me beyond my initial response to this, which included restless sleep, panic attack and chest pains, This tells me this manager does not care about the wellbeing of his clients as long as he defends his employees. I am seeking legal action and will no longer communicate with this dealership. If this manager does not cease contacting me after I tell him to stop, then I will inform my legal representative to document my experiences and include that into my civil action. I am not willing to drop this complaint and I believe the systemic behavior this dealer is to behave this way when they want to intimidate clients into signing. In addition hearing this manager say that his finance manager has a wife and kids, how dare I write this review, tells me he wants to phrase this complaint as me creating is***s for his employee and not resolve this professionally. Please note I have complained to **** corporate as well however this is a private business and is liable for the actions of the employees if they disregard company policy.

      My son and I brought our car in for service told them what was happening and what we fixed,but still not working they charged the same thing and still nothing they unplugged my sons dash cam but claiming is was just the battery no plug was out,charged over 800 for nothing then told after corporate made the second appointment my engine is blown mind you did not drive the car but did on the way home light came on again I called corporate made complaints still nothing I have audio of how the man talk to me a woman in a room with men and saying all kind of stuff muffler coolant etc all can do this mind you its not blown went to a different dealer that dont beat peoples and the manger service tech and mechanic was so disrespectful and saying things your be shaking your head I sent everything to corporate but they were no help there is so much more but Ill be here forever typing between stevens and **** corporate! And car was not fixed and they said it was the tech straight in my sons face !

      Customer vehicle was worked on by someone else and after market parts were installed informed customer and  recommended   to use original  parts to start to see if could make a difference with no guarantee. Due to altered exhaust system  And also explained to the customer.  agreed to a least try to replace 4 sprk plug 1 coil  to see if would run better and make a difference  after performing  this repair vehicle did run better  sensors  read to rapid on heavy acceleration engine started  popping due to  fuel being pushed out valves being burned  due to back pressure because exhaust was altered when opened case to ****************** they decline any further repairs because of the alteration on  exhaust and this would denied any warranty customer was very abrupt and disrespectful and threaten to take matters further

      A lil over 2 months ago I brought what I thought was my dream car, a camaro ZL1 from these guys. Everything about the deal was bad and I should have never gone through with it.1.) They lied about how much they were going to pay me for my trade in, saying they were giving my 21k toward the trade, in my excitement I didnt catch that they only gave me 17k. And still didnt allow me to take my mods off and put it back stock. Although they claimed they were giving me 21k because of the mods.2.) however the BIG issue is, the ZL1 had a check engine light on when I went to see it. They said they would have whatever the problem was fixed before I picked the car up. Another LIE! When I picked up the car they claimed it was just a bad cruise control value, which was also a lie. They said if I take it to the dealership the warranty would cover whatever the problem is. At this point Ive taken the car to 5 different dealerships and none of them said anything was wrong with the cruise control value. It was a bad Catalytic converter, that replaced. Check engine light still on. The carrier bearing went bad, got that replaced. The light is still on. I took it back to the dealership, they are telling me it has an exhaust leak. ******* fords is claiming they will take care of it and have it fixed at a place named **** brothers. After waiting all week to get word when I can take it to their guy, I called ***** brothers. They said they never got a called from ************* The car now is having problems accelerating, and found out it has a slow leak and one of the tires. I havent been able to enjoy this cars since I brought it. So now its looking like Im stuck with a 76k problem. These ppl arent honest at all. And Im looking to take legal actions at this point

      We have no problem taking a look again at the vehicle and seeing whats wrong with it. Of course if its an issue getting inspected by law **************. But that is not the case here however we are open to rectifying the problem. We have never heard back from the customer.

      Multiple times I have reached out to you guys. I have call logs and text of me doing so. The car cant pass inspection because the check engine light has been on since I brought the car. And has been to the shops and dealerships that you sent me to. The problem was never solved. The last time I called you guys the manager was EXTREMELY RUDE and dismissive. Stating I dont know why you are calling. You contacted BBB so we dont have to do anything for you. If you want to return the car you can but its going to be a repo and proceeded to hang up on me. I just want the car fixed as it should have been at the time of sale. This dealership is not willing to help.
