My 101-year-old mother was taken outside by an incompetent Aid! She in her slippers, aid was not holding onto her while she was trying to walk up a step. My mom fell and cracked her head open.! Im responding to this companies. Incredible lies stating that my 101-year-old mother fell inside of her apartment!! They barely speak English. They are not accountable for anything. They dont have a proper nurse with a license! The nurse doesnt visit the patient or train the aids! Im told by the incompetent girl in the office after over 30 calls, that the owner is never there because he has many businesses ! The nurse doesnt visit the patient. This is not a legitimate agency and I pray ** Jersey stops them from doing what theyre doing and killing beautiful souls!!

I contacted this company , a month ago to find help for my almost 88 year old mother, once she was released from rehab. I contacted whomever they told me to contact, processed all the necessary paper work. I was told by the coordinator, she would have an aid starting April 1 st. My Mom comes home with me, the aid comes an hour late, stays for maybe 20 mins and says she will start on Tuesday the 5 th of April. I texted her on Monday, to make sure all is ok. She replies after several hours , after the end of business day, that she cant come and I need to contact the office. I contact the office Tuesday morning, the COORDINATOR is now unavailable and the other woman hangs up on me because I told her that what they have done has endangered my mothers life. She called back and said they do not have an aid because they are short staffed. I believe, they never had an aid but were trying to buy themselves time but their reckless , non transparent way of doing business can cause my mother to end up in rehab or hospital again. Do they realize they are playing with and endangering the lives of the elderly. Truly terrible experience. I wish they had told me a month ago that they are short staffed and I would have looked at other agencies and avenues. Stay far far away from this company.
