Received a call from Hudson Lanes in *******, ** stating that our lockers rentals were past due and needede to make a payment. We were able to get to the bowling alley a few days later to pay our past due amount. Unfortunely, since we have not been to the bowling alley in about ***** months we lost our keys, therfore could not verify exact lockers numbers. We asked attendants at the front for assistance since we were there to pay our balance. They also could not confirm our lockers since their filling systems were recently changed. They informed us that ****** would the person to contact in order to get this information. We followed up with a few calls until we finally got in contact with ******. She was then able to give and verify our locker numbers. We informed her we would not be able to make it back to the bowling alley for a few days due to work and ordering new locks for our lockers. She stated that would not be a problem and if things are removed from lockers they would be stored until payment is received. We agreed that would not be a problem.Upon going to the bowling alley with new locks and payment, we noticed only 1 of our 2 lockers lock has been cut. When going to the front desk to get our storage and pay balnce, they said " We dont store anything, we throw things out in the garbage". To our disbelief we question why would this be done? The manager ***** kept going in circles. We asked to speak with the owner. After, weeks of trying to contact ***** he finally called back. We spoke of our situation and he admitted also that things would in fact be put in storage. After we tell him that all was thrown out and not placed in storage, he immidiately changed his tone said " We arent a storage company and we will not be replacing your property and hung up the phone.No where in the facility are thier permanent signs stating items will be thrown out of lockers if there is a lte payment after 1 phone call. We need your help to rectify Pls.
