            y husband and I have been storing our home's belongings at White Glove's storage facility in North Bergen NJ since August 20th 2020. The contract for the move was $10,000 and the storage was $623 every month. On September 1st, the date that Hurricane Ida hit the East Coast, White Glove's storage facility was affected by water damage. 1 full week later, White Glove sent a mass email to their customers letting us know that our items may have been affected by the hurricane. That was 1 full week that I was not made aware that my items were damaged. White Glove also said that they would be repacking items that had taken on water - I asked if they would be allowing the items to dry first and they said no. I asked if they could take photos, they said no. They advised us to schedule delivery as soon as possible. So, having no other recourse to see what had become of my items, I scheduled a delivery. They proceeded to deliver wet moldy and very smelly items most of which were destroyed.

            Given all of the horror stories I've heard about moving and movers, was nervous about our move from ** to **. White Glove was a great experience from start to finish. The quoting process was detailed and thorough, instilled confidence. The price was competitive, fair. The paperwork and process leading up to the move was easy, automated and professional. Consistent communication and follow-*** throughout the process. I never had to chase them, wonder what was going on or what was going to happen. The actual move happened on one of the hottest days in NJ history. The team was great. Strong, resourceful and careful. Team lead, ******, was great, very experienced. Everything happened according to plan. When you move you deal with a lot of vendors, most are disappointing from a customer service and customer experience standpoint. ********************************************* was noticeably different, better. Happy to recommend, without reservations.
