  I've booked my in-laws ********************************************************** flight through a travel agent ********************************************************** with Air India. The Booking Ref# JWTXT is between ***-DEL-CCU on 13-MAR-2021 for travel date of 2-AUG-2021. It was cancelled on June 2021 as per Air India customer service. I tried to change through my travel agent H&S ****************************************************** **, ***. They charged me $380 ($300 change fee & $80 price difference) for changing of cancelled flight on 10-Jul-2021. Then Ive received the new itinerary on 26-JUL-2021 for the travel date of 12-JAN-2022. As per them Air India charged the changes fee and they are working with Air India to get the refund. But since then have not received the refund yet. Ive called them multiple times but got the same answer over & over again that they are working with the Airline.Appreciate if you could speed up the refund process!Thank you in advance to do the needful!

  This is on regards to the complain no ********. The changes was made before the flight was cancelled and the passenger was charged the change penalty

  I am rejecting this response because: On contacting the airline directly on July 10th, 2021, they said the flight for August 1st, 2021 was cancelled in late June 2021 & it was already changed to a different date August 13th, 2021 by the Airline and if we dont accept that date change we can change to our preferred date for free. But they cant do it as it was booked through H&S Tours & Travels. And it can only be done by them. But they have charged me $380 on July 10th, 2021 for changing the date of a already cancelled ticket. On calling Mr. ***** ***** from H&S Travels multiple times they are saying that they are working with the airline to get a refund. But it has been almost 6 months without any refund. Ive even asked them to call the airline and add me to that conversation, but they are reluctant to do so. I feel they want to hide something. If they cheat a customer like this no one will ever book through them. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable.
