Purchased a car from ** State Auto Used Car in January 2021 and had problems within 90 days of the purchase. I insisted I wanted to switch the vehicle because it was a transmission issue and they promised to fix the issue. Within a few weeks I had the same issue and they gave me a loaner to fix and electrical issue. They returned the vehicle and the car shut down on the highway. They proceeded to fix the car for 10 months and returned the car to me about 2 weeks ago and it still has the service transmission code on the dashboard. I have face financial hardships, lost a job, and endured stress and anxiety due to this scenario. I put 5k down on the vehicle and at a total loss due to the condition of my vehicle and the lack of communication and honesty from the companyBusiness response

I went to this dealership to buy a 2015 ******** benz c300 which the car was going for 21k I ended up paying 28k for the car. Every week the car had a problem. First it was a front caliper then the lower control arm on the driver side two weeks later it started giving me fuel injectors problems. They told me to take the car in to get it fixed. I was there from 9 AM to 5 PM for them to tell me my car couldn't get fixed. *** the manager wanted me to take the car home which i told him no cause the engine was shaking badly. I had to take the car didn't even make it to the bronx because car lost power i had to stay over my sister house. I take it the next morning for them to stay with the car and get it fixed. Its been a whole entire month that they have my car getting it fixed. If i dont call they wont give me updates on my car. I called them to see when im getting my car back they said ******** dealership has it updating the computer and doing something else. They wont even give me the number of the ******** dealership they drop my car of too so i can make sure my car is actually getting fixed. Always giving me the run around about what's going on. They have the worse customer service ever. They wont give me information of the dealership they sent my car too. I even emailed the manager *** and still haven't **** from him.Business response
