i leased a car from ******************************************************************* showroom.. feburary 25 2023 i was ready to go salesman tried setting up my features bluetooth navigation which is a necessatie in my line of work and safey . WAS NOT WORKING NEITHER HE SAID IT WAS A RESET I BOUGHT IT IN TUESDAY FEB 28 2023 SALES **** SAID I HAD TO LEAVE IT ,,THEY CALLED ME FEBRUARY 28 2023 SAID THEY HAD TO ORDER4 A WHOLE NEW SYSTEM 5 TO SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS . CALLEDC THEM AGAIN ON MARCH 7 TH AND MARCH 11 TH CANNOT GET THE REPLACEM ENT I CALLED *************** THEY VE BEEN CALLING ME EVER 48 HRS WITH UP; DATE . TODAY MARCH 22 2023 THEY INFORMED ME THE DEALER SAID POSSIBLE MAY NO GUARANTEE.. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO ME THIS WAS NOT THE ***** OF THIS VEHICLE reached out to the salesman **** every two days there is no update . WITHOUT BLUETOOTH THISW IS DANGEROUS TO ME I NEED TO HAVE MY PHONE READY AND ABLE FOR MEDICAL REASONS AND WORK REASONS . NAVIGATION DOES NOT WORK THEDY REALLY HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE WHEN THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED..I AM A WOMAN AND A SENIOR MY ***** COMES FIRST AND WITHOUT THIS I DONT FEEL SAFE . THIS CAR IS DEFECTIVE AND THE SALESMAN IS AWARE OF THIS PROBLEM I DO NOT WANT THIS CAR AND TO BE PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT WORK . THEY NEED TO GIVE ME SOMETHING IM PAYING FOR A NEW CAR AND ALL FUNCTIONS WORKING PROPERLY AND UP TO SAFETY.. I DO N OT WANT SOMETHING THAT IS NOT WORKING AND CANT ASSURE ME WHEN IT WILL BE FIXEDBusiness response

My name is *******************, the service director of Jim Curley Buick GMC in *******, ** 07735. *************** in reference to complaint ID# ********.***************** purchased her vehicle on February 25, 2023. When purchasing a new vehicle it comes with a ** Factory Warranty that is valid for 3 years or 36k miles. At the time of the new car delivery, ***************** was having an issue with the bluetooth. ***************** came in on March 6, 2023 for us to do a full diagnostic of the bluetooth concern. At the end of the diagnostic, and after working with ** Technical Assistance, it was determined that the vehicle needed a radio assembly, which is fully covered under the ** Factory Warranty. The part was ordered on March 6, 2023. On March 28, 2023 ***************** came in for us to install her new radio assembly, which was fully covered under her ** Factory Warranty. At the time of pick up, everything is working to factory specifications.Please see attached RO (Repair Order) of this vehicle for the replacement of the radio assembly.
