I hired these guys to install a pellet stove 5-Dec 2022 (needed 3' double flue piping, and an air intake hole and pipe. After installation (11-Dec - it started leaking CO2 into my house). They came to fix it, and then 19-Jan-2023 there was smoke and exhaust everywhere. I did not want them to touch it a 3rd time, as this is was an EXTREMELY UNSAFE situation they put me in twice. The pipes they installed were regular HVAC ducts which are not coded for extreme heat that comes off from a pellet stove. I contacted them and asked for the mailing address so I could send court papers, but they told me good luck suing and getting my money back. I have videos of the smoke leaking etc but its not a supported file type. I believe this business address now is (the email they provided is the one listed with this business). We had this company come and service 3 fireplaces. We have a switch on the wall that turns them on. When they finished none of the fireplaces could turn by the switch. The two young men did not know what they did and said they never heard of a fireplace being turned on by a switch. I paid them .in full $1,324.80. Which I thought was very high. Told them I would call the company to get the problem fixed. I called and was advised someone would be out on Oct 10. No one showed up and I called the company and they were sorry they did not call us. I then called and rescheduled for Oct 24. No one showed up and no one called to say they were not coming. They said that their workers travel out of town and now come on Nov 10. I am not assured that will happen and that they will know how to fix the problem. They have horrible customer service and a poorly runned operation.
