Was looking for "Dutch" ***** Spring Tine hand cultivator - best for general weeding.Please to find Unbeatable Sale had this product.It was the price I'd normally pay.Came very well packed, in a timely manner.Will shop there again.Review from Cory G

This company pulled a fast one on me. I purchased a product online. It's ambiguous description and pictures left me believing it came with parts that it did not. They did not fully state that the item I purchased did not came with desired parts. After making compliant through ******** they changed the pictures on the website to match what I actually received.. although they have corrected the issue for everyone Else, I still purchased an item that was portrayed to be complete but wasnt. I purchased this item on *******.com and unbeatable was a 3rd party seller. ******* could not enforce them to make it right. ******* gave me partial money of the item that was missing. I would not purchase from unbeatable again.Review from Brian S

I ordered a door hinge, they sent it with half the parts. I started a return request throught **** , they offered me $20 of the $80 I payed .Now I cant even respond to them throught ****. **** sucks!Review from Bill K

I was happy with product purchased. It arrived when expected.My main complaint was: the purchaser listed was NOT me. But, it was my address! It was what I ordered through Amazon, didnt expect this third party vendor. I will be contacting Amazon concerning misinformation.Review from Frank F

They sent me a used items and will not refund me stating I used it. It was the wrong size which was my fault and I did not mention it looked used. I wish I would have. ****** learned. They tried to keep the item after I returned it. It was ****** and they refunded me $00.1 with no explanation until I contacted them. They made me pay for the return shipping back to me as well. Hopefully Amazon removes them as a vendor.Review from Pamela S

Had a bad experience. Sent me the wrong item and refused to send the correct item. I was told I'd have to go online and purchase it again if I wanted it. Customer service is not good.Review from Todd C

Actually a zero star would be appropriate. Ordered a marine gps received some bracket thing instead. This place misleads you! After reading all the reviews you would think Amazon and ******* would get rid of these crooked folks. I will put them on full blast with a negative review every place I can!! buyer beware!!!!Review from ART S.

In my experience, this is the worst company to do business with ever. Be warned. Merchandise is shoddy and did not work. Returned, after much grief, and send back Fed Ex ground with a label they supplied. I have proof from mailing receipt it was delivered back to them, but Unbeatable claims they never received.Never buy from this company.Art
