      Moved out by 4/30/2023, I made a deposit of ****** USD in November 2020. Lived there through April,2023. I've yet to receive an itemized statement or my deposit. I've reached out via email multiple times to no avail or response. I need this resolved ASAP as it is almost two months since my departure, and they already have another tenant occupying the rental.

      I received a complaint in the email and tried reaching out to the tenant to return the money she is requesting. I tried reaching her via phone and email and have not heard back.

      They are not addressing code violations. I have put in a maintenance request over 6 months ago for my dryer plug in the wall to be changed because it is out of date for new dryers. I have not had any resolution to this. We now the air conditioning in our whole building out and there is NO response to inquiries, calls etc. regarding the fix. There are NO property management onsite. They are either working remotely or we just don't have one. I work remotely and never see a car there or a person when I go to the door to speak in person since answering documented emails don't work. The maintenance number requires you to do *82 for the call to go through as he is screening calls and not responsive. I have contacted ***************** Headquarters and have not heard ANYTHING back.

      I started renting an apartment at *************************************************************************** in December 17, 2021. My air conditioning was out from Saturday, June 25th-July 1st. I couldn't even get a portable unit from them let alone a call or email back. I was told by the manager ************************* that she had to fire the maintenance man because he wasn't doing his job and unable to repair anything. My air conditioning went out again July 5th! Two days later and they told me the manager's husband is going to be working on the units that are out after 5PM when he gets done work at his "real job". Seriously?! Why aren't they hiring an HVAC company to repair the units?? It is 88 degrees in my apartment and I'm not able to live there even with the windows open since the heat index is 105! The office is locked up and the manager is sitting in her car with the A/C on! NO notes were taken and nothing is being done to remedy the situation! Also, the pool is still not filled with water and the building have yet to be pressure washed and are covered in mold and mildew!
