      The apts they Manage **************** Apts. ********************************************************** Gate only opens for the Residents with a key card. We can not view the Directory to call the Residence to get our Family to buzz us in the Gate. The Office will not open the gate until someone can come fix it. I have sent a email to Capstone informing them of this matter.

      Because zero isn't allowed. ******************************* aka ******************* contracted my company to complete concrete work at a property and once the work was completed gave me the run around about the final payment. He even tried to have me sign an unconditional lien waiver stating that I had been paid in full ( which I haven't) and that I released them from any liability for non payment. He basically tried to bully me into signing what he called a "standard" document and told me that by the time I pay to *** for payment I would spend more than I was owed. All other company numbers go to ****** voice numbers.The property where I performed the work has many *** violations as well. DO NOT do business or rent from Capstone Realty and Management

      1. These people are very unprofessional, I live in ********* apartmentsbefore they owned the place, they took over and it has went down hill from there. We used to have a sky cam because *******, ********* is a very dangerous place since they have came Ive had a car stolen and everything without proof or knowledge that it was even there in the first place.2. They took me to court( it has a gotten dismissed) but they took me to court dashing I owe them late fees but they charged me for court fees before we went to court I paid it without knowing anything and with me paying the court fee only I was dismissed because I no longer owe them money, but I was thinking couldnt they have just charged me the late fee and we couldve avoided all of this ??!!! I went to court and they dismissed it the second time I showed up because by the time I paid the court fees I had paid them more than what I owe!! 3 the people in the office never know what they are talking about and never check emails I sent my non-renewal of rent two months ago and they are still harassing me about renewing or month- to- month rent. Ive never heard anything from anybody outside of me owing them rent or the lease and Im sick of it, the people in the office are clueless and never know what they are talking about and anytime I have problems I never have been able to contact the 202 # or 517#, please save yourself the money the apartments are not worth the 800 or more rent most people are paying because they **** at maintenance and communication even before they were bought out !!! BEWARRRREEEEEEEE!!!

      This company dose not care about the tenant we are required to pay extra to have the apartment sprayed when you asked the property manager she will pretty much give you the run around there is a basket ball goal in the parking lot and a group of young boys is out there eveynight playing music hitting the windows and wall you can't sleep and management dose nothing what apartment do you have a basket ball goal where the tenant have to park. Before capstone took over we didn't have these issues or problems because management didn't allow it.this property manager don't do anything regarding tenant complaints.

      I would put zero starts if I could higher rent, dont fix on property, very unorganized, dont call to let you know nothing just takes over companys just for the money . ******** apartments are literally owed by money hungry peoples but keep moving peoples in and taking money and not fixing on propertys will give you a run around for everything. Roaches infestation bad here. Code enforcement is on these apartments bad because they dont do nothing .

      My gf has lived in your oakridge community apartments for 8 years now she was moved in march due to flooding and mold/burst pipes. She moved into new unit march 2023 apt wasn't ready and was told all problems would be resolved and were not.apt start flooding. Maintenance request were ignored.she called code enforcement in july while making request. None of request were performed within 14 days ( literally since march) she withheld her payment for august. Office still hasn't complete the task. They have been taking there time. Shes been receiving harassing text messages.the people in office playing games.no one from corporate has contact her even though she has been emailing the addresses given

      1. so many issues.2. They Cancel my Maintenance Requests without notifying me, 3. it's fair that you all raised my Rent many months prior to the expiry of Lease. 4. I do not owe more money for August Rent.5. To avoid another Tow, I would like to know when your office will re-open so I could pick up the new Parking Permit. There was not 24 Hour Notice.6. I need in writing the offered Guarantee that would be permitted to Break my Lease, waive all my financial obligations to Capstone Arm and any of your affiliated entities. 7. The convenience I chose to pay for in obtaining an Apartment, has been unsettling. I still have to wait a very long time for the Kitchen light to come on. the Guy showed up did nothing; told me he would put in a request, alluding to Capstone's inability to financially cover Repairs. 8. I originally requested an Infinity Entrance due to physical limitations. Never got it.Issues began day one without Office Manager ********, did not allow me to do a Walk-Through prior to the move in date. With the exception of three items, the other items on this Walk-Through List were not addressed. And, of course new issues ensued after February 16, 2023 of which I have verbalised, emailed, and requested Maintenance. I still Cannot use the Storage that is one of the highlights of this Rental.Could someone Please look into all the correspondence I have sent to both the former Management as well as the New Management and please respond?SUMMARY At this point since I do contemplate breaking my Lease and accepting *****'s offer, Please provide:1. Copy of my signed Lease 2. Adjust my Rental Charges to reflect the original Lease Amount of $903.00. 3. Copy of my ****************** 4. Parking Permit Sicker 5. Written confirmation of *****'s Guarantee.6. Reimbursement of $223.00 for the Towing of my Vehicle by PB&J and $18.00 Rental increase that I paid.This is a diluted version actual email sent to Capstone. some verbiage removed to required Character.
