      I have had an annual contract with NJ Best which includes opening, closing and service for a number of years! As a whole I been happy with the company, so much so I have recommended them to several people! After the opening this year there has been nothing but problems with the service, impossible to get appointments, not showing up and then arbitrarily changing appointments! I had spoken to the owner last week and he scheduled an appointment for 6/1 but no one showed up nor did they call! On 6/3 I called to reschedule and was given an appointment for 6/4 and when no one showed up I called and was told that it had been moved to 6/7, but unfortunately I will not be home! When I asked to speak to the owner I was told that he was too busy! I have red flag all over my yard that have been there for almost a month, indicating that sprinkler heads need to replaced! At this point I feel the owner is just ignoring me and my concerns, to keep calling and giving the customer service people a hard time when it is clearly a management problem!

      My complaint is below, please also see attached documents (email correspondences, picture of broken blow out pipe, ********* invoice to repair & install Nov 2021 paid $50 cash to New Jersey Best (NJB) technician to install a blowout system for in-ground sprinkler system Dec 2021 paid $85 via ******** ******* credit card to NJB for 2022 for spring startup and winter winterization. June 7, 2022 NJB tech tries to turn on system for spring startup and the blowout system (installed Nov 2021) pipe is cracked and leaking and water has to be shut off Technician does not have equipment to repair and tells me I have to call office and schedule a repair. No sprinkler system service. I call office and schedule repair for June 24, June 24, 2022 NJB tech arrives but does not have parts to repair and tells me I need to schedule an appointment to repair. I still have no sprinkler service. I schedule appt for July 1. July 1, 2022 NJB tech arrives and repairs blow out system however the blowout pipe is cracked and leaking and water supply has to be shut off. I still have no sprinkler service. I call office and tell them the blow out system is still broken (it has never worked) and I need someone to fix my system. I call office and schedule July 29 appointment. July 29, 2022. NJB supervisor is scheduled to arrive at my house between 1 and 4 pm, office calls 1 pm and says supervisor will arrive between 1 and 3 pm. At 5 pm supervisor has not arrived, I call office and they say supervisor will arrive by 5:30. At 6:30 supervisor has not arrived, I call office and they say they don't know where the supervisor is. I tell office I am leaving the residence. I have not had sprinkler service at anytime in 2002 and my lawn has died. New Jersey best has received $135.00 from me and is charging me another $37.32 for a blow out system that has Never worked. I would like a refund of $85.00 and dismissal of the $37.32 NJB charge for something that was never provided in working order.

      During a fence installation December 6, 2021, the fencing company damaged my irrigation system. The worker attempted to fix the system; however, we were unable to test it until the irrigation system as it had been winterized. When I had the irrigation opened in April, there was a significant leak in the area were the fencing company had caused the damage and attempted to complete the repair. On April 28, 2022, I had the irrigation repaired by quality landscaping (originally installed in 2021). I have made multiple attempts to have the fencing company address the damage with no luck.
