              Paytrust wrote letters and said they were going out of business and to no longer use their payment service. I found another company and quit using the service. They did not go out of business and continue to charge customers. There is not way to close one's account in the payment portal. After calling, I was told it would take over a month and that I would be charged for the service several more times, even though I was not using their service and requested account cancellation. Nonsense explanation about billing cycles was given. I had used Paytrust for over 20 years, it has become unethical business. They should be removed from business and prosecuted for fraud and robbery.

              Lousy UI. Terrible customer service. Expensive! You can get the same or better services for free from most banks. Look elsewhere and avoid this overpriced, poor service.
