I went in this dealership to buy a **** GMC Terrain. My sales associate was ***** he seemed very indifferent from the beginning like he didnt care if he sold me a car or not. The 1st problem was very high interest they wanted *****% on the loan so I walked out. **** the sales manager followed behind me and later offered me 6.9% on the loan . I agreed and told the dealership I would pick the car up the following day. My work schedule changed and I asked ***** if I could pick the vehicle up by 9:30 am instead of 12pm . ***** was rude and angry on the phone he yelled and said we have a scheduled to keep and dont have time for this. I called the sales manager **** and told him that I wanted a new sales person to complete the transaction. **** said NO then **** told me not to buy the car or come to the dealership. So I wasted time and money putting insurance on a vehicle **** and his rude associates dont want to sell me . This is the worst dealership I have ever seen and im filling a complaint with the better business beau .Initial Complaint

I own a Tesla model Y which was repaired by Colemans Autobody located at ***************************************************************. The repaired the vehicle but didn`t fix my wheel alignment. I took the car back twice but they weren`t able to fix it. I showed it to the manager **** on 11/15/2023 that the car is pulling to right. I was told they will keep the car for a day and he will personally take the car over to ***** and get it fixed. I followed up on 11/16 they are telling me there is no issue with the car and I will have to take it to *****. I would apricate it they can get my car fixed.Initial Complaint

Hi , I leased a car in that dealership and I returned the car 6/13/22 2 weeks before the lease was over. And Im still getting calls from the bank saying that my payment is overdue I called coleman many times and they keep saying that they will handle it. In the meantime my credit is getting ruin for they negligence Please help me and make them fix that with the bankBusiness response

Our General Manager spoke with the customer on Friday 7/22 and resolved the issue with him directly.
The customer was satisfied with the resolution and said he would reach out to BBB to state the complaint has been resolved.
