Upon my visit today March 25, 2023 there were a series of events that happened at this facility. It all started with the initial check out process. The representative who checked me out did not advise my wax pass had just expired nor did she advise me of the total that was being charged. As I always charge my tip on my card, I believed thats all that I was paying. I went back after I reviewed my receipt and recognized the error. Then asked if I can purchase the wax pass for the year and the payment I already made be applied towards the balance. The manager on duty said they couldnt do that but would process my refund for the $28 and charge me for the wax pass. They said I didnt have to wait. Leaving for the 2nd time believing I would be refunded. I waited for a receipt. I got the receipt for the payment being processed but not for the refund. I then called the location back and the second representative told me it would be done some time within the next week as the manager was waxing someone. I then had to go back for a 3rd time to which my refund was finally processed. When I asked for corporates informative the manager ***** was being intentionally evasive in stating she would ****** it. As this is a franchise I asked for the owners information in which was advised that is not information they give out. This is not the first time I have issues at this specific location with staff. It is imperative this information is relayed to the franchise owner and store manager or someone who will respond.Business response

The guest ******************* was refunded for the error. We reached out via phone call and spoke with the guest and apologized for the error and her experience at the center.

The Incident happened yesterday, Monday 6/20/2022, while I was using the facility at ********* highlands Blvd. once finished I asked how many visits I still have in my passes th manger step in and in a very rude bullying and very discriminatory behavior she started give me diffrents numbers she first said 10 visits, then 9 then 8 then 7 when I tried to explain to her please can you get me the correct number and be sure she asked me to leave her facility or she will call the police I get surprised what s going on I did not even raise my voices and the problem I just purchase another pass to take advantage of the deal they are having so I said since it s so confusing just go ahead and cancel the passes I just purchased, the manger then getting so angry called the police on me accusing me of trespassing which is not true since I have an appointment and just come to do my services. The police come and notice that her behavior was illegal and unethical, no ticket was issued and the police did encouraged me to file a complaint against her at your office to help me with this illegal and inappropriate behaviors from this manager at this facility. I am looking to get a refund to my $383 as my newly purchased pass that they charged me since they have my credit card on file while I am telling them that I am no longer interested on getting it. Also looking for an official apology from this rude manager for her behavior Regards ****************
