I purchased a **** *** 745 with only ****** miles. **** I arrived to the dealership tp pick up car the *** Key FOB was stuck in the car. The dealership knew I was coming because I put a deposit down 8 days before I came to pick up the car. Once I arrived after driving for 4 hours, they lied and said , oh the keys will be removed in a few hours. After waiting they then said oh, your going to have to come back because we need to order the part. The steering wheel was rocking and they knew I had no way home. I paid Uber $300 to drive to to their dealership. The owner promised me it was a mix up and asked me to come back in a week ?? I asked why wouldn't you just pay to have it fixed where i live ? This is after they received my cashiers check for payment. 2 weeks later the car suddenly stops in the middle of the street. I called the dealership and they gave me the run around. Someone pulled over and reconnected a loose gasket ?? He said, Mrs they sold you a lemon go get your money back. **** I called the dealership to inquire about a refund they kept giving me thr run around. 1 week later the same car, stopped working black smoke came out and I called the dealership again and the salesman yelled into the phone and said , " What did you do ??? I told him i was stranded the car cut off again and he hung up the phone. The dealership commtted fraud and violated the law. This car didn;t even make it to Carshield. You have to wait 21 days after a purchase to buy extra insurance. The car dealership is predatory and fraudulent.

On the original day the customer came to purchase the vehicle the key had for some reason got locked into the ignition unexpectedly. We tried to do everything we could to fix it that day so she did not have to come back because she lived over 3 hours away in a different state. Unfortunately a part was needed to be ordered so the customer was going to have to take the car and reschedule a time to come back to finish the repair. She was perfectly fine with this resolution. A few weeks later ****** called the dealership from her home state of Syracuse frantic saying the car had shut down on her. Since she was over 3 hours away there wasnt much we could do over the phone at that very moment like she demanded. She then proceeded to call back 5 mins later and say that one of the cables on the battery came loose and that someone helped her tighten it and everything was fine. Another few weeks later she randomly called the dealership again at 6:00 on a Saturday as the dealership was about to close demanding a refund at that very moment and that we come get the car in Syracuse. We told her to call back on Monday and we would try and figure out possible resolutions or how we could help. We have not heard from her since until this complaint. In no way did the dealership ever deny or disrespect her in any way.

I am rejecting this response because:
The dealerships behavior violated their agreement with the ******************* DMV.
The car is currently in the shop and requires over $5000 worth of work just to pass inspection. The paperwork from the autobody shop is comprehensive and points to Odometer fraud and gross negligence

      Regards,
