    I recently brought a 2007 Nissan Murano from Big C Motors in Linden New Jersey on 2/23/24 I was not aware of all the issues because David told me the car was in good condition be being a first time car buyer I wouldn't have known a differencesoon as I got the car the Service Engine Soon light was thinking that it just needs a oil change which is what I did the next day then a friend of my realized that the temperature Gauge was up to the highest point Once again Me being a first car owner I had no idea about the ends and out's of a car.In the past 2 weeks of driving the car On 3/13/24 it started shaking uncontrollably it also backfires and jerks when I go a certain speed That same day I immediately called David and told him about the issues I was having and he told me to bring it in so he can check on it.I told him I don't think I would make it out because of how the car was acting so I would try to come out the next day.3/14/24 I went out to to see him and I left with no results.3/16/24 I took the car to advanced Auto to figure out the problem and found out my engine is over temperature 3/18/24 another mechanic checked the car and told me that "The car was not worth fixing and to get rid of it or toss it".I called David the next day to tell him and he once again told me to bring the car.. IOf course I had to work so paying for Ubers back and forth then On 3/23/24 in the rain I brought the car to The dealership no one was there I called and they said that the would not be coming in because of the rain I had no choice but to leave once again with no results 3/24/24 went back his mechanic told me it was my temperature gauge filter and that we would check for it online and get back to me the same day.Today 4/3/24 I haven't heard anything..I called David and was very politely told him about the problem again asked him if he couldn't credit me another car off the lot he told me I brought the car as it..and istad of him trying to help he told me to take him to court..

    I bought my daughter a 2014 **** Fiesta for ******* on 8/20/22 **** was nice at first (to sale the car) on 10/18/22 check engine light came on my daughter took to see if it needed a tune up to our surprise it was the transmission. I called **** he advised take to dealership because HE was aware their had been a recall from 2013 to 2016 (had that been disclosed I would have never looked at that car) I took to dealership they too said it was the transmission they informed me the part would take up to 4-8 months and they would only give $40.00 per day for rental which I would have to pay upfront then be reimburst once car was fixed. I informed **** and ask that he take car back and I'll get something else from lot his response was "what would I do with a car that didn't run" he then stop answering my calls!
