            Placed an order #***** on February 19, 2024 Paid Fulfilled $77.87 USD but order never received. I have called, emailed CS and sent messages on FB regarding status. I have not received a response to any of my several requests. I either want my money back or my order fulfilled ASAP.

            We bought a product from rhis business for many years. The last time we purchased it, the product that arrived was totally different from the usual. When I called to ask whether they had sent another product by mistake, they indicated that the product formula had been changed and that they will allow a return. After a month of calls to execute the return, they finally sent the the instructions without a shipping lable. Their return policy indicates that shipping is not included. But, if the product had not been different than their usual, we wouldnt need to return it. The customer service of this company is very defficient. Taking more than a month to help with this return and not helping with the shipping for an item that was modified from their usual product is less than satisfactory. Terrible system.
