Placed an order #***** on February 19, 2024 Paid Fulfilled $77.87 USD but order never received. I have called, emailed CS and sent messages on FB regarding status. I have not received a response to any of my several requests. I either want my money back or my order fulfilled ASAP.Customer response

I placed an order for products on Jan. 25th 2024. I have not received my order, and have made 3 e-mail requests from the company to get back to me. I have called and have only gotten a voicemail recording. They have my money and I have no product. They want me to review the order that I never got. I want my money back from them, since they have no interest in filling my order. I don't want to do business with a company that has such a poor customer service policy.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on their website on the 10th of October. Since my order was more than $49.00, the shipping was free. They shipped my order with **** who has informed me via email that the package was damaged.This is what the *** said: (The package has been damaged and the sender will be notified. The undamaged portion has been returned to the sender.View Less *** will notify the shipper about the damage.Your shipment 1Z2451R80303544634 Estimated delivery The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible.Past Event Damage Reported Current Event Returning to Sender Future Event On the Way Future Event Out for Delivery Future Event Delivery ).I keep calling and I sent an email to them but to no avail. They kept the money for the order but never provided an update regarding my order, and it's been 13 days and counting since I placed the order.
