      Choice Home Warranty assigned this business to our boiler issue. They arrived and said he had to order parts and would come back to do repair. After 3 weeks of not responding, they finally confirmed a 2nd appointment to make repair but never showed up. No responses to multiple calls or texts. Extremely unprofessional, unresponsive, and unreliable.

      We are very sorry that we were unable to answer your calls and get to you in a timely manner but the owner ************************* who is my husband was in a motor vehicle accident on Wednesday, August 24 and is in the hospital with a broken leg, three broken ribs and a fractured orbital bone.. Again we do apologize for this inconvenience and we had notified Choice home warranty of this accident and they were supposed to reassign your claim yesterday Hopefully your repair can get done in a timely manner thanks

      I am rejecting this response because:

       

       I was on the phone with Choice Warranty several times yesterday and they did not say anything about a notification from you.  They also tried to contact the business on my behalf twice.   This is more than just a 1 day unresponsiveness; the business has been unresponsive for 3 weeks and many ****** and ******** reviews state the same exact experience.   This is not a new issue with customers not receiving the service that is agreed upon.

      We were assigned L&F HVAC LLC for fixing my furnace via Choice home warranty which was making noise.***** from L&F came and checked and suggested part needed to be replaced and will come back on Monday to do it.2 weeks passed and there was no response. Multiple follow up were done.Then our furnance stopped working and we thought considering the emergency we called/texted almost 20 times. But still not response and he set an appointment 6 days after.We requested to come earlier so that we dont have to stay in cold for 6 days but still no response.then we just called someone else and got it fixed and spent 850 dollars . It was really bad experience cause of zero communication ( phone/text) and really unprofessional beahvior . Timeline Claim raised 1/20 - #********* -Technician arrived 1/21 - from that date the technician has not responded to calls or text -Furnace stops working 2/9 - No response on technician - Choice setup appointment for 2/14 - Self paid fixing of the issue 2/12 paying $845 (750 part/labor+95 visit) as we could not stay in cold for 5 days
