I ordered a Police badge ring and it arrived with the wrong badge number and the engraving on the inside place in the wrong place. I was instructed to return it, had to purchase another one second one arrived, ring craftsmanship was less then horrible design was crooked, inscription was unreadable, letters and numbers were all different sizes, design was half missing, there was no engraving in the under side. **************** no existent. I had to pay each time to have the item mailed back with a tracking number and now they charged my credit card for a third item I did not order or authorize and 8 have not received a ***** in refunds. The company name and address they use on the website is different then the one the give to send returns to and then they are registered with BBB under another name. Horrible craftsmanship, grossly lacking customer service policy and serviceBusiness response

Order pendant and chain. Never received the chain. Have contacted company twice. Both times they said it would be on the way. They’re fraudulent.Business response

I just filed a separate complaint with a different Picturesongold.com on the BBB website. I noticed that company (with all the complaints and accredited by the BBB) has a totally different address and a wrong website. I was told to send my return to the following address: PicturesOnGold.com ********************************************************************* On the BBB site, the above address is for this company in which I'm leaving this 2nd complaint - this newer company has no reviews or complaints yet and the website goes to the company where I actually bought the earring. (See the 'other' PicturesOnGold.com company for that information.) I'm not sure, but it seems they have set up a different company because of all the complaints and issues.Initial Complaint

We ordered a 1 1/4 in x 2 in sterling silver locket from this merchant as well as a chain on Dec. 31st. The items arrived yesterday, Jan. 8, and the locket is smaller than what we ordered. The chain also looks different from what we saw on the website. We called customer service and they said we had to send them a photo of the locket next to a ruler. We did this. We asked for a return label and said we wanted a refund. The customer service rep said she was contacting the returns rep who would be calling us back. No one called or emailed as she said they would. I called again today and at first the customer service rep said I had to wait until the prior rep came on shift. I said no, my issue was not with a particular person but with the business and my order. I was told that if I wanted to exchange the item I could get a return label without paying postage, but if I wanted a refund I would have to pay the postage. I said that amounted to POG discriminating against customers who wanted a refund. She said she was just following company policy and that she would go ahead and send my information to Returns and that they would call me back. I asked her to transfer me instead but she said that's not the way they operate. I realize that if I send the locket back without the return label from POG that I will have no proof that they received it and no guarantee I will get a refund. Hours later no one has contacted me and it doesn't look like they will. It is only after this experience that I saw that other people have had similar complaints against the company. We ordered a plain locket with no engraving at all and should be able to return it since it is not the size we ordered.
