We ordered a St ******* pendant with engraving. We received it and were unsatisfied. I emailed them letting them know so that they could send me information on order to get a refund. They offered to redo it but I told them that I preferred a refund. Since then they have stopped communicating with me. I feel like they arent interested in following their refund policy and dont want to refund me my $152.90 that we paid.

*CAUTION: FRAUD* I have used this company for over 8 years and have purchased several items from them, but after the last couple purchases I will NEVER give them my business again.I ordered personalized pendants where the company made a mistake THREE times in a row despite detailed description and working one-on-one with reps. *** details were confirmed with the company via email prior to any pendant being made. I spent hundreds on these personalized pieces and observed them with several errors; no engraving (despite it being requested, confirmed, and clearly outlined in the order), metal not smooth but bumpy, finishes being different than listed in the order, colors bleeding out of place, etc. In sum, the pendants were not what was requested and several details were left out that were clearly confirmed (numerous times).I was told by several reps that I would receive a full refund due to the pendants errors being 100% on the company for not following the directions given in the order. It has now been almost three months of constant phone calls and emails where the company has denied the full refund because of a 20% melting fee and tax. However, I was told by these very same staff members that I would still receive a full refund since the errors on the pendants were in fact the companies fault and not at all due to the customer. Additionally, I requested to speak to management but was ignored. It baffles me that a company will string along a customer for months, promising a full refund, but then ultimately denying it. It is incredibly disheartening when you order one thing from a company, but they send you a different, damaged product, and yet require you pay for their mistake. At the end of the day, its fraud.This company has lost a loyal customer and I hope many others for their wrong, greedy, manipulative, and deceitful actions.

I ordered a heart ******* for my great granddaughter for Christmas on 11/23/23. I received it on 12/4/23: ******* would not latch. Returned on 12/4/23, explaing it was broken. They said because it was monogrammed they would accept it back. I was sending it back because it was broken.The item started off with a-cost $99.95. However, ending up for $159.26, this advertised on face book. I have been disputing this claim since 12/5/23,They said they would let me with 60 days, it has been way passed that time.Todays date March 2, 2024. Pal Pal ******* *** ************** is also involved. ,. Pot of Gold, .:I also have a copy from Federal Express where they accepted the return item.

My husband purchased a "name" necklace for me for Christmas - and not cheap. When I opened it, looked like exactly what I had wanted. However, the chain did not look as "silver" as some of my other sterling silver chains and that the numbers identifying sterling silver were not stamped on the back of the "name". Additionally, the chain is magnetic. I contacted the company and chatted on line my concerns. She told me that my concern would be "elevated" and I would hear something soon. It has now been a month and I have heard nothing.

No stars at allTERRIBLE quality! Do not order from this company! Repeat DO NOT! Cheap products at exaggerated prices.

AWFUL. They have had my return for a month. No refund. If I reach out to them they ask for more time or a say there is a complication in refunding. BS. Call me. You have my number and email address - reach out
