On very clear promises that everyth*** would come in less than 8 weeks, we signed the forms to purchase ******************* through Direct Depot Kitchens on September 7, 22 and sent payment of over $31,000 on September 9, 2022, which the company confirmed it had received on September 20, 2022. The goal that the sales representative, *********************, was very much in agreement with was that everyth*** would be received by late October to early November just after we moved in to the new house and after demo-*** the exist*** kitchen. I believe the promises that these would be delivered in 8 weeks were pure lies to earn a commission, and there was never any belief they would deliver on this time line. They kept our money and with very little communication subsequently, did not even place the order until October 20, 2022. Even into October, and before actually plac*** the order, their sales representative promised it would be delivered before the end of November. We called in in November to check in, and we were told their sales representative who we had dealt with exclusively had quit (which no one informed us of and we probably would never have discovered absent call***), he had not placed the order until October 20 and now they have our money, we still have no kitchen and no sink or appliances, and they tell us the cabinets will not be delivered until 2023, and the cabinets we selected had the manufacturer's longest lead times. Their sales representative, before quitt***, became very unresponsive after they had gotten our money, and we had to call repeatedly to get them to respond. We really do not believe they ever had any expectation at all on deliver*** the cabinets in 8 weeks, and their commissioned sales representative made this up to induce us to buy before promptly quitt***. We do not have the cabinets and so cannot receive appliances or a sink and still so have no idea what we will end up gett*** them.
