That make a Quality, beautiful cabinet very easy to work with the accommodate everything to issues you cant pay by credit card. You have to pay by check and then you get a delivery and you have to wait a month for a light or a panel. Im very disappointed on the follow up. we were a small job and delivery came quick but not complete and now we have to wait and call every day with no answer. No follow up no delivery if I was a contractor and had to wait tonight one get paid and finish the job because of one panel I would never go back to this company again no matter how good the quality is. This was very disappointing *****?? who is *********** was excellent , but I will tell you the follow up was pulling. I am extremely extremely disappointed.Review from Julia Z

We ordered Starmark cabinets in December 2020. Till this day July 1, 2022 we are still waiting for the island to come. When we received our cabinets after 5 months wait time, one cabinet was wrong size, kitchen island was completely missing. Ordered correct size cabinet and again received wrong size second time! Meanwhile, we were renting another house and were waiting for kitchen to be finished, paid additional 2 months rent. Since without the cabinets, countertop cannot be installed, backsplash and other appliances cannot be installed, our whole project still in works..Kitchen island arrived in Oct 2021, and was delivered to our home around March 2022. I specifically asked **** to check to make sure all cabinets are there and correct size. He assured me everything was ok. When we were ready to install it - few pieces of the island were missing! So we couldnt do countertop and finish kitchen.Was promised by **** to rush the order, here is July 2022 already and **** and customer service have been ignoring phone calls.Review from Ruchika A

We ordered Starmark - top of the kitchen cabinets. When we received our cabinets after a 3 months wait time, one cabinet was missing, one cabinet was unfinished, and one with the wrong panel. Two other cabinets had to be fixed by our installer. We are now told by **** the designer' that it will take 12 to 15 weeks for the wrong and missing cabinets to be delivered. Since without the cabinets, countertop cannot be installed, backsplash and other appliances cannot be installed, our whole kitchen project has come to a screeching halt. **** says "it is what it is" and they cannot do anything. When I directly spoke to Starmark customer care and they said that they always prioritize existing customers but the request has to come from Direct Depot for the re-order. **** from Direct deport does not care about the project once the order is paid. He is quick to wash his hands off and blame it on Starmark Manufacturer. He is unprofessional, unresponsive and offers poor quality products at a high price.
