spent $200 on food that was never delivered and cant get anyone to answer via email or phone

We have been using spartan meal preps for about 5 months now and the experience has been great. I noticed their 2.3 star rating on the web when i was placing my orders and felt that we had to express our review. To start their menu is massive! Their menu offers food from different cultures all over the world which we find really cool. All meals come with the nutritional information and ingredients making it really easy to track and manage macros for our clients counting calories. The meals are honestly delicious, i have never had a meal that was ***** and boring from spartan. All meals also are vacuum sealed with a skin film that is applied over the food allowing it to sit in the fridge longer than most meals from other companies and to me this is one of the biggest things that sets spartan aside from their competitors. We are thankful for all the hard work the spartan team does to keep us fueled and satisfied.

I have ordered from spartan for over a year now and i have to take the time to express how much this company has helped me. I was first introduced to the company by the owner of my gym here in Perth amboy. At the time I was very overweight and was dealing with a lotof personal stress because of how I looked. I started a new gym and soon after started spartan meal preps. I can't express how amazing their service truly is. Asidefrom a great variety of meal options they provide all customers with guides to meet their goals, in these guides they teach you how to track calories, how to time your meals, ways to improvedigestion and so much more! Their emails are super informative and I alwayslook forwardto the new content they put out. Fast forwarda year later and I am happy at my dream weight, i feel great, i am still using spartan meals even though I'm notlooking to loseweight. Their meals continue to help me assure that I am always eating good food that serves my body right.

Placed an order for food got it a month later. The food was thrown in the box and exposed. All the ice packs were melted and food spoiled. I spoke to them in reference to this and was told another shipment would be sent which never did.

Haven't received any texts about my order.. tracking shows 'delivered' when I checked Sunday 9/12 -- nothing here -- tried calling 3 times (no one answers) left 1 voicemail and sent 1 email that haven't been returned. Communication doesn't seem all that great - as of right now $190 down the drain for a week of food that has not arrived or been communicated. If it is a misunderstanding on my end a return call or email would be appreciated so at least I know what is going on. $190 for this weeks food yet here I am having to stop somewhere for breakfast and lunch today 9/13 -- Luckily I live around the corner and will just show up today to solve the problem -- wish I read the reviews on this place before spending $190 on meal preps - (not the fake 5 star reviews without any comments)see owners response - empty promise - nothing received yesterday.order placed Saturday 9/11 -- going into Tuesday 9/14 with no communication besides owner response below and no food after $190 purchase of meal preps for the week - refund requested via email. I live 2.4 miles from the business - just imagine how long it will take you to get your food. Filing a dispute.Emailed last night to not bring anything now & process a refund - which I am sure will go without response.
